Right now its a tie.....But I really hope Missing will Win!
I have always loved that song, its one of their most beautiful
songs, I have ever heard from Ev!

I definitely thought 2 was much stronger than 1, despite the shit quality of the recording, the voice was much better suited for the song, I thought. It was between 2 and 3 for me. But I would've only wanted someone to do WotW that could actually nail the higher notes... you probably shouldn't have chosen it - otherwise you had a gorgeous voice. 4... I thought you had too many pitch probs to compete with the singing of the other three, and I didn't care for 5.

I was blown away by Weight of the World. While there were a few pitch issues (as there were in all of the songs) I thought you did the best. You have a strong voice and you sounded raw, and angry, which was great! Nice job!

Everyone did AMAZERING this round! Seriously, every song made me go :eek:

For me it was a tossup between 2 and 3 as well but I picked 3 because it was so much more varied, vocally, and really showed off some skillz.

Listening to Track #1 right now. It's beautiful. It actually like that it's more soft and not too strong. It sounds more delicate. I absolutely love it, congrats. :)

Track #2, you have a very good voice, but it sounds to me that you have a bit of trouble with the higher notes, they sound somewhat weak here and there. Very good entrance though, good job.

Track #3, I can't honestly say that you suit that song too much, because most of the time the music is covering you up. Next time you record, try to play with the volume so we can at least hear you. The higher notes seem to be a problem for you as well, your voice practically dies out. Not bad, but I think you could do well with a bit more practice, to strengthen your vocal cords. ;)

Track #4, I don't have much to comment. You have a pleasant voice, you were on key most of the time, very good entry overall.

Track #5, I don't think you suit the song that well, and you should make use of your chest voice as well, because it sounds to me that you're using only your head voice throughout the entire song, even in passages that could use a lot more strength that the gentle tone of your head voice can offer.

Although all entries were good, my vote goes to #1. *sends lots of <3333 her way*

im with vince on this one- i honestly can not fault a song... and why would i want to? everyone has put in a great effort and i am greatly impressed with that. :)

I just wanted to say...

First and foremost, congrats to Julieann. Even with crappy cam equipment instead of a microphone, you still do a wonderful job. As for the others (Mythfairy, Lori, and Saphira) I really love all of your voices, and honestly in voting it was a hard choice for me to make.

And...I'd also like to say... Someone brought to my attention that it was a "waste of time" for me to enter at all, with the implication that I pretty much suck.

I just wanted to say that I never entered with any thoughts that I was anywhere near "good" especially when compared to these awesome singers. I've had really no singing experience in my entire life, and my musical capabilities don't seem to reach past lyric-writing and being able to play the piano by ear. I even went to Nyx to ask her what the difference between a head voice and a chest voice is. XD (I also thank her for the constructive criticism.)

My point is, I entered because even though I'm not great with it, I found it fun and mainly wanted to help out the contest by adding an entry to it. No one knows that it actually took A LOT from me to be able do this. But now I feel as if it was pointless and I'd just been humiliating myself, as well as getting in the way of a place I definitely do not belong. But hopefully the couple of times I entered helped enough and more people will decide to enter in future rounds.

Also, last and importantly, thank you to the ones who encouraged me to enter anyway, and good luck to each of you in future rounds. <33

I can't believe anyone said that to you, Shiver. You entered for all the right reasons, and just because someone doesn't think their voice is amazing, shouldn't mean they should be discouraged from entering. I hope that more people take up your attitude and enter in the next round.
