Does anyone know when the singles coming out or if its coming out in Australia?

nope, there is already a thread on here bout the Punisher soundtrack, so you'd find out there that the movie is comin out later in April, which is most likely when the songs will start comin out.

There's no definitive date, but since Wind-up/Sony/Epic are pushing Disclaimer overseas, you can damn well bet you'll be hearing Broken. And what the hell, if not you could always see the video at Seether.com when it comes out ;)

Broken doesn't officially get released to radio here until April 20th, but it is doing nicely on American alternative radio already. Check out the first link in my sig to look at how both EF and Broken are doing in the Mediabase charts.

Broken coming to single in the land of Oz??? im i reading this right! yay! I went to Sanity, and asked for the release date of Everybody's fool, the punisher album, and i asked if broken was gonna be released as a single, they has no idea what i was talking about! I went all over town asking and no one knew what i was talking about, i think i'll just stick to this site everyone seems to know when they come out!

i'm going to request it on tripple j tonight, to see what happens. if anyone wants to listen, super request between 6 and 9.

i rang, took me forever to get through. finally, rosie answered, asked me what song i wanted. i had to tell her twice ("by who?"). she said "ok, i'll ring you back, if we are going to play it".
she never rang me back.

i got disclaimer at a shop in st marys called magnum records...that shop has almost everything. i got it for my brother, he had never heard of them but i knew he'd like it. i cant wait to see the broken video...i have seen a really bad version of it on the internet...but i like both versions of broken

i bought Disclaimer yesterday.. it's being deleted as of april 2004.. ring around with your phone book store to store so you needn't waste time looking, if some store has it you'll find out straight away. Remember even smaller stores may have it, not just the chain stores that toss old cd's into the bargain bin or wherever after 1 year or less.

Disclaimer is a great disc :) Seether have been around a few years more than I'd thought.. I'd heard the name before and they may have even toured Aus before cause I remember reading of their name in our local city street press Xpress a couple times over the last 5 years. I just never actually went looking for em til now

Hmm I got a sony newsletter e-mail the other day.... it said broken would be released as a sinle on July 5th....

dunno how acurate it is.

I'm pretty sure that radio stations have a certain date that they are told as to when they can put a song on the air for the first time. We could hear EF on the radio long before the single came out, so hopefully it'll be the same for Broken. And the radio stations can only play the song after the station gets a promo single which should be a little bit before it's released officially as a single.
Like CB said, the more people ring up asking for it and annoy the station about it, the sooner it will get played.
I really really dislike TripleJ but I don't know why.But I hate Rosie her voice is so irritating!! I'm not a fan of Jacqui either, I like the guy that fills in for her sometimes, I think it's Matt dog or Turbo-He's really nice and honest.

there's this guy on the dutch radio, he loves it so much that he playes it every evening around 6.30 pm
always telling extra info about seether or amy (nothing new though for us fans)

I remember walking through Fortitude Valley on Valentine's Day last year seeing some goths and wishing like hell that I had an Evanescence shirt. I remember walking around wanting to tell everyone I knew (and even those I didn't) about the band. How weird is that!!:):)

Yeah I read a review in a mag like that and it annoyed me aswell- I agree with you, Seether should get the glory, Broken's an amazing song without or with amy lee- both versions are great :D

i saw a copy of disclaimer in a HMV store in Ryde, i think it was the maquarie centre or something, so if you are looking for one, go get it.

Hey at least you have a job.I wouldn't mind a job with WU either but then alot of people would probably hate you for working for WU. Aswell your mates would probably be annoyed at you because you would be constantly telling them about all these new bands when they probably don't care. Dude I don't think it's a good idea to approach Brisbane goths and try and promote Ev. I know ALOT of Goth's that hate Ev with a passion and will hurt anyone very badly if they know that they like them or even speak about Ev to them. Just don't approach them about Ev ok? I'd say you have a passion for this band, and maybe even an obsession, maybe you should work in advertising?

I heard Broken on Nova today for the first time, but I don't really listen to the radio, so I dunno how long they've been playing it for.

i looked every where in jb hi-fi for any seether stuff. didn't have anything. i asked one of the shop persons and they didn't know what i was talking about they checked the pooters. didn't have anything on it :/

People keep telling me they've heard Broken on the radio but I've never heard it on the radio apart from the time they had it up on the freq-show showdown and they played like a 60 second clip of it. Hmm from what I've read Broken is being released TODAY. You probably could've brought it yesterday from HMV because they usually get them in the day before. I got myself a copy and I didn't even have a clue it was out today! (Got it at HMV in the city)

I decided to buy it coz it's an enhanced cd, and has a good quality video clip thats not all pixelated. I put it into my cd-rom drive and decided to look where they stored the videoclip, funny enough they named the video clip "amy.mpg" Anyone else realised? :rolleyes:

I got it today. Yeah, you get to watch the video. It's kind of a better quality than the other one that was going around a few months ago.

Hun, it's Something in the way.Not somethings. I'm too lazy to get up off my ass to go find my Broken single to check but the female voice is one of the radio dj's where the song was recorded.It's definately not Amy. *Makes a mental note to watch the video*, I haven't looked at the video yet, been too busy listening to it.

I'm confused too. I think he/she doesn't really like the band but likes the song Broken.Or something like that. My heart just skipped when I saw Broken at number 4 on the Aria charts I think it is. :D *is proud to be a Seether fan*
