i can't believe there isn't a Seether thread yet! So here it is!

I found out about this band last summer, before i even knew Shaun was dating Amy.
And i finally got their Album Disclaimer yesterday, thanks to Seraphiel! (your album is on it's way!) now i can listen to their songs without the bleeps and beeps...

Anyway, my favorite songs (for now, they change alot) are
driven under, your bore, pig and fxxx it, broken is very good too!

Go check them out!!!

It was cool to have found out that they got their name from a Veruca Salt song. (did I spell that right?) I forgot I saw them one time when they opened for Bush in FL. I think it was something like "Here comes the seether...seether". I still need to check 'Seether' out though, if I could just...eject...my...Ev...cd...nope, it'll be a while. :D

you mean, "can't fight the seether?"

yeah, i find it funny that they got their name from a song about how they were lesbians...

Seether is one of my favorite bands, and one of only 3 metal/ hard rock bands that I like.

Its great to hear a heavy band that doesnt just scream all the time, and isnt afraid to be soft and melodic at times.

I love Seether. First I heard of them almost a year ago when a friend of mine gave me a self-made record with one Seether-Song on it (Gasoline). The rest of this record was shit, but real shit and I really fell in love with that one song but this idiot couldn't remember name of band and song so long time I've had no idea who the guys are. Then I heard it again and I was so happy to know now who they are. Bought the record (dunno, but it seems it's almost impossible to get it here) and I love it! Seether kick ass and I think Shaun is a great artist!

My fav songs are "Gasoline", "Fine again" and "Your bore".

Does anybody know if they will come over here to Europe? Shame they've never played here

Yeah, I like Seether. The first song I heard by them was "Hang On" which is one of my favs by them. I bought "Disclaimer" back in October, when I thought Evanescence might have been coming to Calgary and of course, I wanted to check out the opening bands, Seether being one of them. My fav songs by them are "Fine Again", "Gasoline", "Driven Under", "Fuck It", "Hang On", which is on the Daredevil soundtrack, and "Out Of My Way", which is on the Freddy vs. Jason soundtrack. Seether definately rocks.

I must admit Id never heard of Seether until Amy got involved with Shaun Morgan, other than 'Hang on' from the daredevil album (which I thought was probably one of the best on there ;) )Since then-because of mixed opinion on this board, I checked out a few of their songs and I have to say I was impressed and I really like the sound of Shauns voice.
Ive liked most of the songs Ive heard but others are not good for my taste. I love 'Driven Under' and 'fade away' best-If I could hear the DU duet by Shaun & Amy that would be awesome!
I also like out of my way from Jason v Freddy .., and pride.
I also recently heard Broken because I wanted to hear the song Amy sang w/ him the other night....that was cool too.
I wouldnt mind Ev touring over here with them.

I didnt know you could buy Disclaimer in Europe?? I thought they were US only.....

BTW Point_of_Origin, I know someone asked Shaun whether Seether would be touring the UK at all and he said he would love to its a matter of when, kinda thing so if they play UK Im sure they would fit Europe in their schedule! ;)

Yeah, I was at that concert too. The next night, when I was in Quebec, it was so much louder & clearer. Broken has always been my favorite song on Disclaimer so hearing it with Amy was AMAZING!!

These concerts actually turned my roommate into a Seether fan. A few months ago, I asked her if she wanted to borrow my CD and she was like "No, I don't like Seether". Needless to say after seeing them live, we listened to Seether almost the whole way home from Canada (as well as Ev & Revis).

I hope that Seether comes back in the area after they are finished touring with Ev. I would love to see them again! :) Shaun sounds amazing live! Oh..and I got to meet the bassist Dale :) He's sooo nice.

oh right...i posted it up in the "Seether 'Broken' feat. Amy on Punisher Soundtrack" thread in Evanescence Chat forum since it had to do with Broken as well. i guess i should've posted the info here too. anyway, here's all the details and a journal entry from Shaun, himself:
Coming June 15th:
DISCLAIMER II:
Remixed and Remastered
Includes FOUR BRAND-NEW SONGS!
Plus a BONUS DVD including Live and backstage tour footage, and four music videos featuring "BROKEN" feat. Amy Lee.

Hey Everybody

I'm sorry I was away for a while, but I'm just back quickly to update you a little bit...

Work on our next album has been put on hold, due to the current success of Broken, recorded for The Punisher soundtrack. What this means is, we will tour the album for a little longer, before recording our follow-up. Please don't be mad, because we, the band, have our hands tied. But there is good news, I promise!

We finally get to tour Europe extensively, and get to play to our fans that have never seen us before, and we'll tour the US again this summer, hopefully covering the entire country. Then we'll go back to Europe for another short stint, before coming back and finishing the new album. It's only fair because we haven't even been to Europe properly yet, so it's about time we get to play to our foreign fans, right?

This is what's going to happen at the end of June. Wind-Up Records is going to re-launch Disclaimer, or Disclaimer II, if you prefer, with new artwork, and a better mix. We gave the album to Bob Marlette, to remix, and we feel he's done the songs justice. We were never happy with the original mixes, but we are happy with the new ones. I know this means that something that has been familiar to you for so long, is now going to be slightly different, but this is the result of a series of compromises. This version has been guaranteed a release in all the countries that have not yet released it, which obviously means that we get the music out to a greater audience. I hope you understand the reasoning behind this...

What this effectively means, is that anybody who has Disclaimer, has a collector's item, which will never again be available in the format you currently own. The choice therefore is for you to make whether or not you even want to hear the new mixes. I understand many of you don't like change, and neither do I, but I'm in a tricky position on this - so please, please, please don't write to me telling me what a sell-out I am, or how much I suck, because there are elements to all of this that I am not at liberty to talk about. For those that are already getting pissed, I implore you - don't listen to the new mixes. Even though they're not entirely different, they will be weird to anyone familiar with our album. Just please remember, that I love and respect all of you, for being fans, and I have tried my best to make sure you are taken care of!!!

You should know by now, that your approval, or opinion is very important to me as a person, and to us as a band...

Here's what we're going to do, for you, our loyal fans thus far...

We've added some new songs to the album, as bonus tracks, very much what would happen for European release. All in all, 8 songs have been added to Disclaimer, as well as a DVD with a live performance, some music videos and behind the scenes stuff. 4 of the songs you may already own...

Out of My Way, Sold Me, Broken feat. Amy Lee and Hang On. All of these were previously only available on various Soundtracks, as most of you know. We're also including 4 older songs, which many of you have expressed an interest in us releasing. The new songs will be Love Her, Take Me Away (unplugged), Cigarettes and Got It Made.

As of right now, we are trying to make as much of the new stuff available to current Disclaimer owners, free of charge. I can't say how much at this point in time, but there will be some sort of perk for already owning our album. Just know, in the meantime, that I am making sure you're taken care of.

We can also guarantee the release of a new album at the end of January next year. The new album will have entirely new songs on, and this sort of thing will NEVER happen again, I assure you.

Thank you all for your patience, your support, and your loyalty.

I will understand if this pisses you off, believe me, but please try to remember that I have never forgotten you guys, and I may need all your support in this period.

Kill Techno! Oh and Pop Punk is starting to work my very last nerve now, too.
S.

I'm quite excited about all that info. A current Disclaimer being kinda rare soon, a re-release with all that coolness added, and a full U.S. tour...*sigh*

Seether really are awesome guys. We don't really hear much from John, Dale, or Pat, but Shaun does a great job of speaking for the band as a whole...repeatedly acknowledging the fans and how much he appreciates us, trying his best to make sure we're "taken care of."

lol that's what i was thinking too. i might just go buy an extra copy just in case anything happens to my current one. i'm still trying to find another of the 10 different covers. i have the "Escape Is My Reality" one which seems to be the most mass-produced or released one so i haven't had much luck finding the others. i'll have to do some more searching and then debate with myself if i really want to spend the money when i already have it, getting the re-release, and there's a tour coming up...being broke sucks! :p ;)

I just bought the Disclaimer album a couple weeks ago, lol! And if I waited a little longer, I could have gotten a Seether album featuring Amy Lee and with videos etc... Oh well, at least I could soon own a "collector's item". :D
My favourite song on their album would definetely have to Sympathetic, it just reaches out to me and everything, yeah...
I had actually had heard of Seether from my Daredevil soundtrack, but just kinda passed through the song, not taking note of who it was, but enjoying the music. But then when I heard that Amy Lee was dating Shaun from Seether, I looked at my soundtrack, and I'm like, "Oh!" And yeah...naturally, that's how I got into Seether...And yeah, I'm having trouble now choosing how to listen to. Ev, Seether, Ev Seether??!! It's a hard call, ain't it??

So should I buy Disclaimer now or wait until Disclaimer II comes out and buy that?
I absolutely love the album, so of course I say buy the album now AND buy the album later. But there's also good reason behind that suggestion. If you read Shaun's journal entry, he stated that Disclaimer II will be re-mixed and quite different, so it'd be basically almost like a completely different album than what's already out. Also, if you own/get the current version, then it'll be a "collector's item," meaning it won't be available again for you to find if you decide later that you want it.

Shaun also stated: "as of right now, we are trying to make as much of the new stuff available to current Disclaimer owners, free of charge. I can't say how much at this point in time, but there will be some sort of perk for already owning our album. Just know, in the meantime, that I am making sure you're taken care of."

So, again, I advise you get purchase both versions. It's a good investment, but if you end up not liking one of them, you could always try selling it or even just give it to someone who likes the band. :)

i'm still trying to find another of the 10 different covers. i have the "Escape Is My Reality" one which seems to be the most mass-produced or released one so i haven't had much luck finding the others.

I was wondering about those alternate covers. I went to a music website here and saw the cover was different and proceeded to get confused. In New Zealand I've only ever seen "I'm Guilty".

Anyway, this is awesome. I like this collecter's idea. Makes me feel special. :p I actually heard of Seether through Evanescence coz of looking at the Wind-up webpage some time last year. My second fav band behind Ev.
Then Amy and Shaun got together and a while later I got a remake of my fav Seether song. :D

Anyway...I'll most probably get this new Disclaimer when it comes out. Thanx for the heads up! (Although I bet I have to wait another half a year or something till it gets released over here :( )

I'm going to guess that for the American tour, here's how it'll shape.

Breaking Benjamin will open and get about 20 minutes.
15-20 minute warmup
Three Days Grace will get a half-hour
20-25 minute warmup
Seether will perform a 45 minute set
20-25 minute warmup
Ev will finish it off with about an hour set.

Doubt it, since that song hasn't been released to radio (although some radio stations may play it because TPS is edited for its content anyway).

The last single that they had before Broken was Gasoline. However, I doubt they play that song a lot. It's more than likely Fine Again that you've been hearing and that would be their first single.

Order of singles for Seether:
Fine Again
Driven Under
Gasoline
Broken feat. Amy Lee.

they should release Fuck it!
that would be awesome
and since eamon has a hit with a same titled song, that won't give to much trouble :p

25,000? wow, didn't know that!
well it wont be a problem in the netherlands, almost everything is possible over here

Nelly furtado was a few weeks ago on the radio and all she kept saying was fuck, because she was allowed too, weird girl anyway...

Yeah. If you say those dirty words on TV/radio, you could wind up getting a huge fine. Eamon's song is edited of course.

I doubt Seether will release anything else from DII at least for the States.

Seether rock, I got their original album from before they left South Africa for the US, better than Disclaimer in my opinion

Yeah, i got that album "Fragile" before they ever left South Africa for the States and were still called Saron Gas. One of my mates is from Johannesburg and he was into them over there and got me a copy of the album. It sound totally different, a really bottom heavy distortion sound, has more than a passing resemblance to Nirvana's early sound too...some of the songs are arranged differently too...Driven Under has a totally different chorus if i'm not mistaken

I think you a can still get copies on E-Bay or Amazon

*Dies of jealously at your good fortune* Sas you are so unbelieveably lucky, wow rock-am ring, I wana go there one day..well I can dream. I guess everyone in this thread <3's Seether as much as I do, probably more though. I'd die to see EV and Seether live in concert together but nnooooo I have to live in a hole surrounded by water. I only have Disclaimer, though I really want to find the S.E. of Disclaimer. I like all the songs on Disclaimer except for maybe "Driven Under" that kinda annoys me.

Dude, ok so I finally heard some of Seether's older stuff. And, I'm alll into lovely songs :) Acoustic anything, pretty much.
So, the Saron Gas - Tied my hands

It's a really beautiful song. I love it.

"Can you remember when, we used to cry, but never in distress..
Can you picture then, how we used to pride.. ourselves on neatness..
I can't understand.."

omg.. lovely song.

hey i have just seen Seether and Evanescence in live 2 days ago in Paris and it was awesome. Seether performed 10 songs and it was really funny coz each time Shaun had to scream he was hiddeen by his hair :D
even though they are not famous here the crowd reacted pretty good, everybody was jumping, screaming (almost falling....;)), i cant wait to see them again, they are kick ass performers....

i just wrote a majorly long post in repsonse to this http://www.evboard.com/showthread.php?t=14114 and when i poste dit they closed the thread which is damn annoyinga s i was proud of the but i'll rewrite it anyways or try to as best i can i wa referring to the point of "are seether just making it coz of the evanescence connection?"

anywhobies this is my view (it's long)

so i figure that everyone who says seether are just making it coz of evanescence is wrong, for a number of reasons but yet at the same time they are right why? well here goes and i appologise to anyone who doens't understand my thought trail here but alas it's just me and teh way my mind works

so will alot of people only listen to seether coz of evanescence? yes! quite simply ALOT of people have never heard seether and probably would not have done if it had not have beeen because of evanescence, but not because of shaun and amy but more because of peopel talking about them, them touring with them etc.

if someone tells you about a band and recommends them to you and you have never heard of them eg if i said to you go listen to the getaways (which you really shoudl btw) what do you do? you'd either blatantly ignore me (as most of you will do with my getaways mention) or you'd think.. ok i'll check em out, maybe download a song, go on the website, maybe even go to a gig, right? So if a band you like says something similar you'd probably do the same thing, so if amy appears somewhere saying "seether rock" people will go listen.

like wise if a singer/band you like duets with soemone you've never heard of *paul mccoy anybody?* you'd maybe do the same and go check em out, ALOT of 12 stones fans only discovered 12 stones coz of evanescence, likewise a number of 12 stones fans only discovered evanescence coz of Paul. not all but some

i for the record actually discovered both 12 stones and evanescence coz of the calling (for you was the title track for daredevil for those who don't remember) but thats beside the point my point is yes there are going to be evanescence fans who hear amy is doing broken with seether and go check out seether because of it, there are even some (unfortunate souls) who will just buy the seether album coz of amy. (i have to confess i did buy the NERD album coz it was the only way of getting hold of the song they did with benji and joel gc)

and of course there are going to be alot of fans who are going to see evanescence on tour and see seether supporting them, think "hey they're cool" and go check them out, no doubt about it this happens with all support acts thats why they're there, so they can gain support for themselves, even glitterati (who i know alot of people here dislike) are gaining support coz of evanescence, i'm a reg on their messageboard too and i see the people appearing coz of ev and mentiong ev, and all this is a good thing.

at the end of the day yes there are going to be people who are just going to listen to seether coz of amy and that is a shame but i guarantee you it is not the majority of them. If/when seether make it, it will be because of their music and coz of the work they put in to what they do, not because shaun and amy are together and have worked together.

and let us not forget seether has their own fanbase too, long before amy and shaun got together.

now it's no secret i am not a seether fan, i like broken i think it's a great song and a few of their songs are good but will i buy the album? no probably not, but i do hope they do well. i have been hearing about them for a long long time now (even before i heard evanescence) and i'm glad they are getting noticed, they work hard at what they do and they do what they do well, it may not be my style of thing and i would much rather go watch the glitterati.

the way i see it the more bands around and the more variaty (spelling?) of around the better. i wish seether the best of luck and i wish amy and shaun the best of luck and i feel sorry for them to have people saying crap like "seether are only making it coz he's shacked up with amy" it's just wrong and people shouldn't say such stupid things but hey we all know this world is not fair! and most of the people in it are always ready to judge thinsg they know nothing about.

at the end of the day if seether make it fair play to them, judge them for what they do on stage and inteh studio and nothing more than that let them do their job and enjoy it or dislike it or whatever you wish just don't slate them coz of amy it's not fair, you love who you love, deal with it!

sorry i know this rant is long but i just wanted to get it out! *prepares for the onslaught of bad rep comments*

I loved Seether before I even knew Evanescence, so it's like a huge coinsidence (cant spell). They are my two favourite bands (but I have to admit I like Ev better) I love to listen to Pig when I am feeling a bit down because I can totally relate to it, I love drumming to your bore and fuck it and needles and I always play broken of the guitar ( I taught myself!) and me and my mate always play Fine Again together, but I absolutely love all the songs!

I wore my "Don't Touch Me" shirt at Riverfest yesterday and people gave me odd looks. I've worn it at my shows before. I also have the "I'm Guilty" one (that I also wear at shows). I wasn't thinking about it and wore it to this acoustic thing Ev did before the LR shirt. Amy saw me and said hi, then looked, laughed and was like "nice shirt." I'd forgotten I was wearing it. She said "That's an oooooold one." I told her I got it the first time Seether played Juanita's. I love those shirts.

I didn't get it 'cause Amy had it. I had it for awhile, then she turned up in a pic with it on (hers is the girlie shirt and mine isn't, though) and I just thought "Damn...there she goes with my clothes again." That happened to me all last year. I'd buy something really cool, then she'd turn up wearing it. She needed to just quit stalking me and get her own damn style, don'tcha think?

Yeah, you just think I'm kidding. heh

Stuff I bought for MY BAND'S SHOWS last year (pre-Amy wearing them):

Different kinds of armbands
Tripp pants
Wedding veil
Seether shirts

Not to mention the hair stuff...I said I was going to do my hair in pigtails for a show that weekend. She turned up on the Tonight Show the VERY NEXT NIGHT. Remember her hair? I'd also been planning to braid ribbons and stuff into it (I have long hair).

It's frustrating. I'm glad she's moved on to designing her own clothes now. :p But I still can't wear half the stuff I wanted to 'cause people would just think I was trying to rip HER off. Girl in a band from Little Rock? They'd SO think I was copying her.

Every time they've been here, it's always "You Know You're Right"...Which isn't a bad thing. But I'd love to see "Rape Me." I love that song.

There was a thread on the Seether board where you could tell him what you wanted as the Setlist. this is what he put:

and he asked people to fill the rest out. I thought that was really cool of him! :D

He didnt write a follow-up post, so Im not actualy sure what the oficial setlist is..
Sas already posted this on like the fifth page or something. The official list has been posted as well, from the Uk tour. Although, I have to say that the two songs I really wanted to hear they aren't doing.

Hey :)
I love Seether but I've never posted in this thread before! So hey! I met Shaun after the Wembley concert and he was so friendly and signed some stuff for me! (I met you too Sas but I don't know if you remember because Amy had just told you that she remembered you and you were so excited lol!) Anyway, there was an article on Seether in this weeks Kerrang, just thought I'd let you know and for any of you that haven't got it here's the article:

Introducing. . . Seether

Amy Lee's other half steps forward.

"You've got to have confidence in what you do," insists Seether frontman Shaun Morgan. Easy for him to say. Not only is he currently dating Evanescence's Amy Lee but his band have just finished supporting hers on a huge UK tour. Things couldn't be going much better.

The seeds of Seether were sown in Johannesburg, South Africa, not a city renowned for its rock credentials. It was also a place that Morgan found distinctly uncomfortable.

"There was alot of intolerance in my family, one side was Afrikaans and very Christian, the other was English and the two just didn't mix," he explains. "I was the weird rock kid in the middle. I became a social outcast. I was so pissed off at the world. I had to play music to survive."

Part of that survival involved taking Seether's stadium ballads and radio-friendly choruses to America and Wind Up records - home of Evanescence.

"I met Amy after a show in Texas," says Morgan. " We got really drunk and sang karaoke. We wanted to do '(I've Had) The Time Of My Life' from 'Dirty Dancing' but they didn't have it so we did something equally as cheesy from 'Grease'."

Love blossomed and in Morgan's own words, "it just went crazy from there".

With Amy guesting on their forthcoming single, 'Broken', out on July 5, we bet things are about to get even crazier.

Hear: Album 'Disclaimer', out June 28 through Wind-Up/Sony

On Hits Daily Double, Seether is 13th on their list of Vibe-Raters, a short list of the top new songs and artists in the country. This is the write up...lol, they called it Brokern.

Seether
Wind-up

album: Disclaimer
track: Brokern

South African rockers' new remixed LP with 8 extra songs and bonus DVD hitting 6/15. Cut feat. Evanescence's Amy Lee boiling at PoMo and A. Rock!! Added WRXR. Spinning WXRK, KROQ, WZZN, WKQX, KDGE, WPLY, WRIF, KUPD, KXXR, more. July dates with Lee and Co. Shipping 100k Mgmt: Rick Smith/Wild Justice.

Of course, these are all American radio stations that they're adding the song on since the website itself deals with the American music market.

But that is some huge play. Especially WXRK (NY) KROQ (LA) KDGE (Dallas) WPLY (Philly?), KUPD (LOL, not sure where this station is, but it's a popular rock station)

5 Days until Disclaimer II, YEEEEAH. My favorite Seether songs are Needles & Pig.

I learned about seether when my friend Tahir sent me "Broken" on MSN. I loved it, and a few weeks later I went on a CD buying binge, and got Seether's CD while I was there.

When I heard about Broken being made with Amy Lee for the Punisher Soundtrack, I almost wet myself. Because Ev is my #1 band, and Seether is my #3.

The only thing I would mark out harder for is if Amy Lee and Staind, or Ev and Aaron Lewis working together. But I don't see that happening anytime soon, so... it'll do. :p

SEETHER RULES!

i live in ireland and have been listening to seether [who are pretty much unknown in the uk/ireland, up until like last month] since last year and im just kinda worried about their oncoming exposure....... you know when your band is your baby? I dont want anyone else in these parts to know about them i guess..... but inn the end , i wish them all the success in the world cos they totally deserve it and are a truly great band

i can't believe there isn't a Seether thread yet!

Go check them out!!!
www.seether.com

Hell, yeah!!! Seether rocks BIG TIME!!! I am going to get their new album (Disclaimer 2) as soon as I see it. I wanted to get it today, but I wasn't able to make it to the store. :-(

I think Shaun is really hot also... wow, Amy's got great tastes in guys. Hee hee... Amy's pretty hot herself. ;-) GO AMY!!!

I feel so stupid! :o I got the new Seether CD today because I love Broken! I didnt know any other songs from them, (or so I thought) but I wanted to hear their music. So I put the CD in and come to find out I know quite a few of their songs! Not only did I hear them before but I really liked those songs, I just had no idea that they sung them!
Anyway, I have listened to it several times now and I really like it! The DVD that comes with it is great too!
Seether rocks!! :D

I have only watch the DVD once so far but I'll tell you all I can remember.
ummm I think there was about 5 songs from a concert but I dont know what concert it was. When they did Broken it was just the Seether version.
As for the videos, it was Broken, the making of Broken, Gasoline, Fine again, and Driven under.
I need to watch it again!

Great. Thanks for that. :D I'm a bit bummed that it is just the Seether live version of Broken but at least they've put the video and the making of Broken on there. And I'm sure the live just-Seether version of Broken would be just as awesome as the one with Amy. :)

I got my copy as well. I think the new mixes sound much better. They seem alot heavier than the original versions. I only have one question after listening to it. Why was "Sold Me" edited on the Punisher soundtrack?

I was so mad, I went to HMV yesterday morning thinking I will be walking out with Disclaimer II in my hands, but I go inside and it says it's gonna be coming in next tuesday! I was really upset, so I go to Music World and ask them If they knew when they were getting it and the guy told me that Seether didnt have a second album, that they only had Disclaimer... so I was like nnoooo, they have another one that just came out, but they hadnt heard of it... So now I am DisclaimerII-less. :( But the guy who I was talking to in Music World looked EXACTLY like mr. Sheeblee wtv from the school of rock, it was hard not to laugh :D

Well, naturally the majority of people posting in this thread do like Seether but I'm sure that there are people around who don't like them. Each to their own and all that.

Can I just ask tho, why don't you like them? Not your type of music?

I dont like the sound or his voice. To ME and from what I'VE HEARD they sound like any other rock band out there I find it pretty boring and repetative.

I'm loving the new Driven Under mix. The effects that kick in on the chorus really add a lot to the song.

Also, people with Disclaimer II might want to check out the Behind the Scenes video for Broken. It's edited together different than the version that's up on Launch.com. There are more behind the scenes bits on this version.

It's from a section of the liner notes for "All the bands that we have supported or supported us. Thanks to you: Sevendust, Drowning Pool, Socialburn, Ra, Double Drive (R.I.P.), Cold (R.I.P.), Evanescence, Finger Eleven, Staind, etc."

He thought the band broke up since two of the members left and I guess some fans got angry or something.
