Yes, the rape thing. Something is very very wrong with our society. I've never trusted anyone that much in my life, and reading about all these rape cases just fuels that habit more. If the people you are supposed to depend your safety and lives on (security guards, family members) can turn on you in the blick of an eye and use you like you're just paper towel to wipe somebody's ass, and discard you after that, who can you trust?

Definitely, I’ve never Cold’s music and so I don’t know what Terry’s guitar skills are like, but Amy said that he’s a very creative guy, so we’ll have to see what the new sound will be like. I’m torn between wanting Ev to churn out the new record super fast so that we can hear the new music and wanting them to take their time so that they can perfect it. Oh well.

Damn straight. I mean, I'm SURE George Bush will be begging to secure friendly ties with us when he finds out that we build a freaking ketupat the size of Antartica. But Kather, don't worry, the PMR oral test isn't that bad. In fact, the PMR itself isn't that bad compared to SPM. At least you have objective questions there so it's easier to gain points. If you don't know the answer, just tembak! :)
At least for the SPM they've made SOME compensation by adding objective questions to the Science and Math papers. Which is a good thing, because when I took the Math paper the subjective questions totally KILLED me. Bless the objective questions.

Even if they wanna make changes,dont turn the whole system unside down!,take small but effective steps.If you start every subject in English lease do it when the students are in grade 1,not when they are half way through grade school.

About the oral test,remember its just an oral test,dosent matter if you remember the novel or whatever it is that your reading,as long as you speak it well and clear your safe,dont worry too much,but that was only my BM oral test,my wacky fast-speaking tripping-on-her-words English teacher said we have to role-play?(dialog wise),as long as there isnt any real acting involved..

It's pretty okay, really, if you've been through such experience. At least marching and some activities like abseiling and flying fox. It's pretty much like scouting or whatever other uniform bodies you have in school. I guess if you've been in one body, you'll not be facing any probs. xD Like me. Or Chris. YAY!

Yeah, my friend who's in NS said the marching was kacang putih compared to the gruelling stuff we had to do in school. The only clubs I ever attended seriously were taekwondo, chess and art. Hope that'll help me survive. :)

I'm with the Scouts Movement by the way. I know initially people will go 'oh yeah, camp fires, ropes, singing...' WRONG :p Actually, (at least for us) we are trained more like those cadet dudes except that we have more principles to cover. Like we have uhm, like 50 certificates (with badges) for this and that (not that I have any haha). There's also this CW Unit, basically like the Scout's version of the cadet's commandos or Special Force. Dang it took me 3 years to get into the unit haha. Well that's pretty typical since it's really tough for us girls to pass. I almost failed anyway but if it wasn't because of 6 years of experience mwhehehe...

Anyway yeah, it'll help a lot. Scouts pretty much covers everything for me. I almost joined the Kadet Bomba but I chose to stick to Scouts because I was one since I was in primary school and the only other choice was PBSM. Uhm, we cover first aid in Scouts too, so... yeah. I try to have everything in one.
