I just bought the book today and so far I think it's amazing!

If you liked the Twlight series then you'll most likely love The Host as well! So, GO GET IT!

the host was pretty good i just finished reading it myself a few days ago. while i enjoyed it, it took me a little while to get into the story, i didn't relate to the characters as i did in twilight and it just didn't leave with that i can't wait for more feeling which each twilight book has left me at.
i do recomend it and i throughly enjoyed it

Yes, I bought it as soon as it came out here and am in the process of reading it. It is definitely awesome so far. Meyer's description of things is so beautiful, and I do believe one of her greatest talents is her ability to showcase emotion extremely well.

^ i definetly agree with you there. her ability to write emotions and make them so tangible is something i have not found anywhere else. each feeling is just so easily experienced by me/the reader.

I've got a seven hour flight to get home today, and I just picked this book up. I am a huge Twilight fan, so I'm excited to have the book. I figured if I got a new book I wouldn't want to put it down (as is the case with me) and I would barely notice the flight. (Hopefully...the flight to get to California was BRUTAL. I had to sit next to the crankiest guy EVER. Hopefully with a good book I won't even notice if the plane is going down)

OMG In the begining, the way that she described the way the soul looked, I was floored!

I finished it this evening, and WOW. That was an amazing book, and I am so thrilled to have it be as good as everyone said it was. That always makes me so happy :)

it was a hard book to put down and you get so sucked in, my sister has currently stolen my book so i can't re-read it and take in a little slower, becuase i find once the first chapter or so was read i just had to keep turning the page and i find you miss things when you read it like that.

I was reading it today at work, and I went back to the floor I'd start whining about wanting to go back on break and the other associates would be like, YOU JUST GOT BACK! And I said, NO I WANT TO READ MY BOOK! Everyone thought I was crazy. I REALLY DOES suck you in!
