I love VAST's first album, Visual Audio Sensory Theatre. That is one of the best albums I have ever heard. It's totally different music from what you normally hear. From that album I would recommend "Touched" and "Here" for new listeners.

I haven't heard much of VAST's other music, however. I'm interested in purchasing VAST's second album, Music for People, but I'm not sure. From what I understand, the first album is completely different from everything else VAST did later on.

All things considered, Visual Audio Sensory Theater is my favorite album of all time. Flames already qualifies as my favorite song of all time too. And Vast certainly ranks as one of, if not my favorite band of all time.

Music for People, Nude, and Turquoise & Crimson are also of course, all great cds as well and at the top of the best of whichever year they came out in...

Yes,flames is a beautiful song-reminds me of my ex bf though simply as it was him who got me into VAST lol..
Im suprised that more people dont know them....
