Thank you guys so much. You know, I was reluctant to enter Stairway To Heaven just because it's 8 minutes long and as mentioned, there are people on dialup, and quite frankly, that's a lot to sit through! But alas, I was convinced by a few people that it was the best one to submit, so I did and I'm glad I did so.

I want to thank everyone who gave me constructive critisism, I wouldn't be where I am now without it all of these years. I look forward to this week's submissions, some good songs there :)

I'm ecstatic because Hello is finally up on the list. I haven't submitted any tracks yet, but this week I'm definitely going to. I've been singing Hello for the past few weeks now waiting for it to show up. Now to go buy that mic...

Since I'm not ashamed of the job I did this week, I was number 22. I was so short on time last week...haha but I had fun with GU. Unfortunately, I can't participate anymore. I'm at school, where I don't have the privacy (or thick walls) to record for an hour or more. :( So, it's been fun, and best of luck to everyone in the next few weeks :)

ok so i wanted to also ask for some help i hope this is allowed! i can record the vocals for the song i chose but on one program i cannot export it at all and on the other the vocals and background karaoke are not in sync with each other :( can anyone help? i can mebbe send the vocals and have someone else put them together or something! i'd really like to enter :(

Sorry if I was harsh. I'm just so used to Sharon's voice singing it, and since I love the song so much... it was hard to win me over anyway. <3 *hugs*

Yeahhh I was 19, the strained off key version of imaginary *sucks at singing ev songs*. I wanted to do a more dramatic/operatic (not that I sing opera, lol, but I can imitate) version, but I ended up trying to sound like amy... and I can't emulate her tone at all. It just comes out really thin. :rolleyes:

just emailed mine. i don't think it's the best i've done, but it's good enough.

audacity doesn't work for me the vocals are always behind the track, i record them together!!!

I think this is my worst week. I was gonna do the best song i ever recoprded which was Weight Of The World but then the rules change and I *gulp* did an Ayu song :(

I have that too but only after my computer has been on standby. Try rebooting..
