It's hard to say. Every body is doing their own "thing". Hanging out or practising with other groups in the off time. This seems to be Amy's "thing" at this point and time. If Amy left I don't see the group finding another singer. I would hate to see any of the people leave the group. They seem to genuinely care for each other.

Amy. Since she's obviously going through a lot of angst right now.

EVIDENCE: She said she wrote CMWYS with one person in mind, but when she stepped back from it, she saw it related to three people. 1st is Shaun, 2nd is the ex manager guy, but who is the third mystery character? Why it's amy lee herself, and the song is obviously a deep metaphor about her suffering from multiple personality disorder.

CONCLUSION: Amy will fire herself from the band.

I honestly think that if Amy left the band, evanescence would be no more. Not saying I don't love the other band members, but they already have their own projects where they have the most creative force, and Evanescence's is mostly Amy (writing/being interviewed/etc.)

I am almost 100% sure that John would never leave the band because him and Amy are really close. Terry will definitly stay because he is also close with Amy, I mean she stayed by his side when he had a stroke. Ok, keeping my thoughts, Bob - as he's a night man, he'll be the next one leaving, but at the same time, John will be leading the racism war on the main streets of the world, and so it leaves rocky, amy and tim, but as tim is still an unkown face on google, he's out too. That's it, the band is over. <3

I say Rocky/John considering they are getting little to no credit and Amy is treating them like hired hands, (at leats give them a little credit FFS!!) they will take up their side projects.

THAT is Evanescence to me. Personally Origin was their best album. Amy's voice was purer and more angelic not so dark and possessed as it is now.
