Weeee! I won tickets to see these guys tonight! Has anyone seen them or like them here? I have only heard a few songs that were on the radio and they are pretty good. I just need to find someone to go with me now :(

i've loved yellowcard for awhile now - their stuff is pretty good, they've been "underground" (under-noticed) for awhile and a friend of mine is obsessed. their previous stuff i like better.

still, ocean avenue is pretty decent. "way away" is the one most people have heard, which is really good. have a good time!!

i have been a fan only since summer, and i know thats a late start, but better late than never, huh? lol, its not my fault i didnt get the privelege of hearing themearlier! i saw them at Pepsi Smash and have been a HUGE fan since then! their album is amazing!

i saw them again on friday outside the staples center and it was AWESOME! the amount of energy they put into their shows is incredible! they rock!

and afterwards i got to meet them all... chances are if you go to their show you will meet them cause they're always SO cool about meeting the fans! better than most bands! after every show they always hang out to meet fans and sign autographs! even on friday when it was 7:15 and they had another show at 7:30 in a different city that would have taken them atleast 45 mins to get to, they still stopped for a long time to meet the fans, even though they were late! thats how cool they are!

so yeah... ive got MUCH love for this band!!! :D :D

Yeah, Yellowcard's a good band. Love how they add the violin into their music. I became a fan about a year ago when I heard the Michelle Branch "Everywhere" cover they did. Good stuff.

Yellowcard was here not too long ago... played at a place called The Muse. I don't know... I was going to go by and check it out -- just didn't think I could deal with all the scene kids that seem to hover around Nashville shows...

They're okay, though. I've heard them on the radio, and I saw them on TV when they played the Gravity Games. Actually, I've only heard one of their songs, but it's decent...

I like how the fit the violin into "way away" (only song I've heard). I thought a few times about finding some more stuff by them but...yeah.

Ok Ok...I'm a late poster..but I recently bought the cd and I had to give my input...Way Away was on a game I play...(SSX3) and I liked the sound so I bought the cd...I also like Life of a Salesman. There are a few others I like...but there are some tracks that make them out to sound like a Good Charlotte or Simple Plan...it's disturbing...but yea...they have talent.

Way Away is a good song, I don't like Ocean Avenue as much.

I bought yellowcards CD like last week.. and for almost a week it didn't leave my CD player, its pretty good.

But Yeah, Yellowcard... Amazing band, excellent live, impressive CD. If you're looking for an awesome song by them to download, try "Only One" because it's my favorite, and therefore the best.

Also, if you have Ocean Avenue and enjoy it, their Underdog EP is also really great... "Powder" is a great song to check out.

my favorite song is empty apartment and i forgot the name but it goes like ''im sure the view form heaven is a hell lot better then the view down hear'' It's kinnda a sad song though.

I love Yellowcard with a passion too! Hence the link in my sig lol... They're also really funny and Sean (the violinist) is super hyper. I didn't know anyone could be like that on stage! haha...I wish I could've gone to Warped Tour. There were so many bands that I wanted to see ;_;

I just listened to their album this morning, and I'll have to admit it's pretty good. It's slowly growing on me.

So far one of my favorites is Believe :D I just wish I had the $ to buy a bunch of albums (and that would be next week's paycheck of 30 hours, not this week's of 12 hours...with $70 in bills to pay and also needing gas)...there's currently 4 I want to get, so I may hold out onto getting this one next week.

Okay so who here likes Yellowcard? I think they're a really good band especially because they have a violinist (I play violin). My favorite song is probably "Twentythree" just because I think it can relate to personal problems with friends and such.

I listened to the preview and I likes it a lot. Better than most of the stuff on Ocean Avenue, actually... maybe because I haven't been much in the mood for their usual 'explosive' sound lately.

The new album has been pushed back heaps. It should have been out already, but now it's not coming until next year.

The new single makes me think of Coldplay's "Speed of Sound", not just parts of the lyrics but the video as well. I'm not too impressed with the song as a whole. Hope they have better stuff on the cd, *waits for MTV leak*.

Wow... Yellowcard live is amazing. I had an awesome time last night watching those guys kick ass.

They were on for a really long time, and they played songs from all of their albums. Sean Mackin is crazy. He did all these jumps and stuff, and I love watching him play violin (especially since I am one myself!). Once they got off, the soundcheck guys came on, and we all started yelling "one more song!", and they came back and played a song from their new album, and then they finished it off with "Ocean Avenue"

It was definitely the best concert I've ever been to!

Oh cool so they are from California. I was reading this article my friend gave me and it said that one of the band members is from a town 10 minutes away from me. :D
