wow, you're a great song writer, I think a couple of your songs are 'too dark,' although that might just be my interpretation of it. My vice is interesting, my favourite part is right at the end where you say "You are dead to me, my vice/ Don’t try to save me" My impression of this is, "I don't want you to kill me" because your saying he is "dead to me", and he shouldn't save you. when you save someone you keep them with you in life, but as he is "Dead" he would be trying to keep you with him in death. I'm not sure if this was the impression you were aiming for but it works

Yes, a lot of my writing is "dark" and that is because I use it to pour out all my bad feelings. Not that I feel bad all the time, it's just the way I portray things. I've always been a little melodramatic in my own way! Also, your interpretation is great, but it is not quite what I was aiming for, at least not in the literal sense.

This song is really about a habit (my vice) that I'm referring to as a separate entity, that I left behind, yet it returns when I'm weak. It kind of represents a struggle within myself, a fighting of sorts. I was basically trying to say that I am strong enough to be without it, and the "habit" can't save me, as I once thought it could. Of course, I didn't quite expect anyone to get that specifically from it. You were on the right track, though

Yep, self-promoting, but in a good way. Be thankful I'm not like my sisters, If they wanted you to read something of theirs (which I doubt) then they'd probably be saying "look at my stuff, look at my stuff, it's so great" but it would look like this "lk @ ma stf, lk @ ma stf, ent it so gr8" which most people (including me) would find really annoying because they'd put it on multiple threads.
