My Writing Hole - EvBoard

The rain falls hard and cold. I watch it as it slams into the dark stone of your eternal resting place. The water trickles across the grooves that spell your beautiful name. Where are you? I feel like time has stopped. I cannot move. I am frozen. I can't remember a time when I didn't love you. I can't remember a time when I couldn't hold you. Why? I can smell you in the air. Torturing me, teasing me. Is this real? Where are you? I try to move but I can't or I won't. I haven't decided yet. What happend? This cannot be my life. I need you here. I really can't do this baby. Come home with me. We will figure it out. Who am I kidding. I have lost you forever this time........

Where did the time go? I was so foolish. Can you ever forgive me? It's so cold out here. I cannot feel your warmth. I touch the earth beneath my feet. You are under there somewhere. I can't do this. I feel hands pulling me to my feet. I am screaming but I don't know it. My heart is pounding. I can't breathe. I have no idea what to do. I collapse, sobbing. Why did you do this to me? I can't think. I feel arms around me. I wish they were yours. Where are you?

As I wake up, my head is cloudy. Was I dreaming? No. That would be too easy. My head is pounding. My heart aches. What is going on? I woke up to you 4 short days ago. I didn't know then that would be the last time I saw your smile..........

This is the beggining of a story I am writing. I will add the rest as I complete it. I hope you all enjoy! Let me know what you think.

This is quite interesting, I'd love to see more of it when you get to it. :)

As a side note, this excerpt would have been perfect for the current Writer's Group topic! Hehe.

I just added another paragraph. I have decided to keep the story in the 1st post so it's easier to follow.
