^ Are you sure? Jul was on the WV but she wasn't a SMod then, now she is, and I think she's the only Smod, besides Karen who is on the WC, the others, I think, are not Mods..

If you look in there profiles, you will notice that many of them
are part of the WC.
Jo, Mel, Steph, Karen, Jul, and maybe a couple of more.
These are all Smods.
I think thats about it, but if I find more, I will EDIT this post.
BTW, you don't have to be an Smod to be on the WC.

To clear up who is where on the Administrators, Super Moderators, Moderators, Welcome Committee, and Consultants- you can look here. There are several of us that have been pulling double duty here for quite some time. If the board picks up a bit more, I'm sure they will decide on re-arranging a bit more to suit the need. As of right now, we aren't spread too thin that we can't handle more than one responsibility. Multitasking FTW.

What I said was I don't remember there EVER being any moderators that were also WC members BEFORE this new rearranging took effect. It's just never been that way. It just so happened that this time around a huge number of our WC members also took on moderator duties, but this has never happened before in the past. We weren't talking about right now because OBVIOUSLY there are a bunch of people doing double duty.

I honestly have a real hard time reading some of your posts because of the way you break up all your thoughts and sometimes don't use complete sentences. Could you try and work on that a bit so your posts are easier to understand in the future? It's very frustrating.

Has anyone else noticed that with the exception of Gil, all of the WC members, mods and super mods are female? Exluding KCMO, of course.

No making any inferences, just an observation...
