Origin.. Greater album than fallen?

I like Origin better. SPeaking of which, I have a question about that version of My Immortal. I have a few versions of the song, an acoustic version, a version that souds mostly like the album version, and a piano version that has different chords and even different versus. Could someone tell me which is the correct one?

There are as many as 7 different versions of My Immortal and that's not counting the covers of such online. Anyway, the Origin version is really just the Fallen version without the string arrangement.

I personally prefer Origin to Fallen. Origin is much more varied in sound while Fallen leaves you wanting more and, it grows a little boring after a while. Not to be forgotten are the previous Evanescence and, Sound Asleep EPs. Evanescence seems like a taste of the bands sound while Sound Asleep seems to be the rawest of the bunch. No mixing period but overall Origin, the Demo LP(I think it's called Not For Your Ears), and, the two later EPs(Different Takes and, Mystery?) are their best works because they've got a nice mix it's not as overproduced as Origin but it's a lot more evolved than the old stuff. One thing about Origin makes me wonder though, is the so called reprise to Where Will You Go? just the last part of Anywhere or is it an actual song part of which was kept in Anywhere as a little surprise?

Origin is their first album, but it isn't their first work. Their earliest work dates back to 1997-98 when Amy and Ben were 16/17 years old. Their first EP is called the Evanescence EP which was done in 1998.

they are two completely different styles you can totally tell how they have grpwn since origin... cant wait to hear the new album!

John Says it's gonna be heavier..and they intend to try to not use the tape live next tour! We'll see...
