The reason why the new album has been pushed back is that Amy and Britney Spears made ammends and now Britney is going to do some guest vocals on the new album.

Don't know if this one has been posted on here or not, but in an Evanescence Allpoetry group, a girl actually said that her sister wrote Tourniquet and Amy stole it from her, and that she had proof that her sister wrote it long before Evanescence sang it.

I heard that every year on Christmas, Amy sings a love song to Jack Skellington, puts on red and green warpaint, and gives Ev merch to all the little tykes in the area. When she was a teenager she and Ben used to go out in the street wearing nothing but Santa hats and undergarments and throw candy canes to everyone in the neighborhood.... lol
