I've heard a lot of rumours. Every three days somebody says that Amy is Dead, also people say that ben left the band because he was sooo jealous of Amy being with Shawn and he couldn't stand it, and I also heard that Amy was pregnant and it was Ben's baby, then she lost the baby and that's why ben left the band. In another version Amy lost the baby and died herself. I also heard that Amy dyed her hair blue once...

I heard a rumor that Tracie really met Jayde. And I heard that rumor from a message board somewhere out there on the internet. And because it's internet based... IT HAS TO BE TRUE.

This actually happened to me, so let me give a little background.

I went to Sam Goody the other day and was wearing an Evanescence shirt. The guy working the counter (henceforth referred to as Sam Goody man) told me "hey, we have the new Evanescence album for preorder."

WTF? So I go look at the preorder list and it says "Evanescence, 11/22." At this point I'm seriously confused, and I argued with him for a while saying it was supposed to be in March, they're not even recording yet. Finally I gave in and filled out the preorder sheet, knowing in my little heart that something must be wrong.

I'm still puzzling over this two stores later, when my friend Trevor reveals ALL of it to me. Apparently the band really did already record the album, but John lost the only copy that they had. So now the band has to track down the songs by downloading the ones that were leaked onto the internet. And they thought it would take until March, because Amy was still on dial-up, but she upgraded to high speed, so it's November.

As awesome as that would be...I think I actually preordered the new Ben Moody album. Meh.

As for the Ben Moody album, I doubt it. Wouldn't we have heard something on the Street Team or O-site, or LJ, or HERE before hand?

It was very obviously a joke, from him. I kinda figured that was clear, but for the record, HE WAS JOKING and made it up on the spot to cheer me up.

Ben's album was supposed to be out in November but Cfw said it's been pushed 'til early '06, I guess.

I'd be interested in knowing why you preordered it, and not only that, but from Sam Goody of all places. I can understand preordering things like games, which can be in short supply--but mass market CDs like that? Unless you get some kind of promotional item with it or w/e.

BACK TO SAM GOODY: Aren't they a little notorious for being overpriced? I'd just as soon go to Best Buy instead and give my balla dollas to one of the megacorporations of America. :heart pseudo-monopolies!:

I wish I could come across people wearing Evanescence t-shirts. One time I did come across a woman wearing one at my work; but my amazement quickly gave way to dismay as I discovered A) She wasn't very bright and B) She had like, half a dozen teeth. So I don't count that one.

YES! THEY ARE! I went there while doing some errands to get Maroon 5's CD for my friend and it came out to be $21! There wasn't anything else on that side of town

Best Buy pwns. I got both the new Coldplay CD and Kelly Clarkson's CD there last night for $14 apiece. \m/

I'm too lazy to go to the store. And I actually do not have any time to do it either. I get everything from Amazon. Which is great, gives you free shipping, and since I live in NY, it usually arrives within a week. problem is, I usually just click on EVERYTHING i want, and sometimes I am up to $100 in one shot. So, i have this giant shopping cart, and I have to limit myself to $40 a month...

I don't wear mine either. But there were at least 3 or 4 people at the Tori Amos concert wearing them. I felt like running up to them and being like "Hey, are you on EvBoard". What a loser I am!
