Please Teach Me German!

Hey guys
I learnt German at high school, and got a fairly decent grade at the end. However in the 4 years since, I have forgotten almost all of it. I would really like to learn it again, so thought I could make this thread in the hopes that some of you lovely Germans might teach me (and anyone else who wants to learn, it's always good to know another language).

I hope some of you would be willing to take on the challenge!

Thanks

YAY! Thanks sweetie!
Hmmm, hard to say what I already know. A lot of it is in the back of my mind, but I can't put a sentence together anymore lol. I know a lot of words, but i've forgotten most of how you say them in different circumstances if you know what I mean. Like I think 'eat' is 'essen'? But I don't remember 'ate' etc.

Most of the time with words that have "ei" or "ie" in them they are prouounced the other way round. For example, lieblings (meaning favourite) is pronounced "leeblings". Brief (meaning letter) is prouounced Breef. I is pronounded e, if you get me. I can't think of any words with ei in them though....

Alphabet Pronunciations

A - ah
B - bay
C - tsay
D - day
E - ay
F - eff
G - gay
H - haa
I - ee
J - yot

K - kaa
L - ell
M - emm
N - enn
O - ooo
P - pay

Q - koo
R - err
S - ess
T - tay
U - ooo
V - faoo

W - vay
X - eeks
Y - upsilon
Z - tset

and the funny thing that looks like a capital B that can be used instead of ss is - ess-tset

(i've left some blank because I'm not sure and don't want to give false information)

Codger -
lustic - lustig (funny)
Reights - rechts (right)
Algen - Augen (eyes)

Also, with the lange, braune, haare it can get quite complicated when deciding the ending (e, en etc.). I think it's best to just add e or whatever, it's perfectly understandable.
