I don't think it sucked because Cena won, I think it sucked because of the current state of WWE. They should only have two titles, because the rest seem to mean jack.
When the RAW main event has the same build-up as the pillow fight has, you know something's wrong. ![]() But they really should've put Cena out of his misery. It's one thing to have the scariest guy in WWE tap out to a comedy submission, it's another doing it as the climax of the year. Smackdown should've Main Evented, that would've been a great finish. |

I get the feeling I probably will be the only person who cheered when the Spirit Squad won the belts tonight, LOL.
The whole Mickie James wants to be Trish thing is getting a bit old, but it is funny, and she pulls off the whole being crazy bit well. Maybe now that Carlito has dispatched Masters he'll get out of the low midcard. I'd have rather watched the Armando dude talk than see Umaga. He actually was working the mic well. Triple H = teh win. And I'm curious, what is it exactly about Cena people hate so much, other than the fact he's a spot wrestler who does like the same 4 things in order in every match? lol. |

And now it's building up, because Vince seems intent on doing everything the fans don't want: Fans want: HHH to beat the crap out of Cena and win. Fans get: HHH jobbing to Cena. Fans want: Smackdown main eventing. Fans get: Smackdown being beaten by a pillow match. Fans want: Kane and Big Show to drop title to Carlito and Masters and bring something better to the tag division. Fans get: ...let's move on... Fans also get the push of the almighty Mark Henry. The only thing I can think of that the WWE have done recently that's been good is the Smackdown show and Mickie James winning. Let's not get started on the predictable Royal Rumble. ![]() |

And now a recap of the last hour of Raw for this week:
Spirit Squad as champions still = teh win. Kane vs. Big Show...meh. Math: Trish Stratus as Mickie James > Mickie James as Trish Stratus Trish Stratus as brunette > Trish Stratus as blonde I missed Smackdown and that big guy gave 'Taker a JUDO CHOP! Who's that Jumanji guy? Apparently VKM > God now. Funny finish to the main event and now the triple threat match has been set. Notice that HHH hadn't been pinned in either of the two. Other notes: Kane is going to star in a horror flick called See No Evil. WWE Wreckless Intent is a compilation CD that will be released on May 23rd that features Mercy Drive's Burn in My Light, the theme for Randy Orton as well as tracks from Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall, P.O.D. and the fly-y-y-y-y-y-y-y Three Six Mafia. |

*Two guys come out and decimate everyone Brock Lesnar style* The one you see now is Jamal, Rosey was released. And I'm sad that Kane is being whored again. Face to heel to face to heel to face to heel to face to heel to face to heel to face to heel. They can't decide what to do with him. So whenever they come up with an idea, they do it until it gets old, then make him a heel psycho again. Boooo. |

I'm so bringing this thread back to life!
Did anyone happen to catch the ppv last night? IMO I think it was one of the better ppv's they have had in a long time. The ECW chants are freakin' amazing... makes me wonder how they are going to approach the issue on scifi. That would be a lot of beeping or muffling noise Tazz and The King: As I said... I guess they are going to get the quick match out of the way first. AND THEY DID! Tazz does the tazzmission... and its over. Randy Orton and Kurt Angle: For the 1st time ever did I not hear YOU SUCK chants and Kurt made his way down to the ring. Was it any suprise that Angle won? NO. It did have its very boring parts. Even the crowd agreed with its 'BORING' Chants. I laughed my butt off when Orton was leaving the ring and some crazy fan says " You tapped out Bitch". I kept saying that over and over last night. The F.B.I. vs. Super Crazy & Tajiri: An ok match. Big Show came out.. cleaned up the ring. I'm not to sure why. I am maybe thinking to show up Big Guido? I dunno. It's the big show.. he can do what he wants ![]() John Bradshaw Layfield showed up. Ran his mouth... Typical for him ![]() WWE World Heavyweight Championship Sabu vs. Rey Mysterio: One HELL OF A MATCH! They called it with no winner. Sabu DDT Mysterio through a table... and some guy came out and said that they were in no shape to wrestle and they called it. Everyone was chanting Bullshit chants. Still an awesome match Mick Foley & Edge vs. Tommy Dreamer & Terry Funk: Awesome match again! There was barbed wire.. blood... FIRE! Everything you could have hoped for. Foley and Edge won... Balls Mahoney vs. Masato Tanaka: A nice little filler they had there. Balls hit Tanaka with a chair pretty hard. Balls won Eugene comes out... (what is Eugene doing there!??!) All of a sudden you see Sandman making his way through the crowd. The whole time I was yelling.. RUN EUGENE RUN!! He makes he way to Eugene beating him with kendo sticks. WWE Championship *Extreme Rules Rob Van Dam vs. John Cena: Cena throws his shirt into the crowd... many times... and they just kept throwing it back. It was pretty funny. Well.. Cena was doing his thing. The crowd kept chanting 'same old shit'. Cena was doing somethings he had never done before. well.. all of a sudden someone with a Motorcycle Helmet comes from under the ring and spears Cena. The motorcycle helmet comes off.. and its EDGE! Rvd comes in with the 5 star splash...1....2....3... CENA LOSES THE BELT!! So like I said not to bad of a PPV. I'm curious to see what they are going to do with the belt... Don't forget ECW starts Tuesday at 10 on scifi!!!!
