im so excited
the new season of project runway is going to air on JULY 12TH!!!
and wednesdays at 10:00 thereafter
this is one of my favorite shows ever
and i cant wait
this season is going to be amazing

I'm watching RIGHT NOW!!!

I can't wait to see the big drama that's supposed to happen on the first episode.

I've watched this show religiously since the first show of the first season.

I'm loving the pre-show stuff esp. the "Where are they nows". Well, except Wendy Pepper. She's an ass.

I've been watching the Project Runway marathons of the past two days, and can't wait for the premiere at 10. I didn't see the end of the finale for season 2 though, who won? I'm thinking it's Dan...more like hoping. I loved Jay McCarroll from Season 1 though, he was great. Wendy Pepper....UGH.

Chloe won season two
even though i thought daniel deserved it
he came in second i was sooo sad
anyway first episode
they were asked to use materials that came out of their new apartments
like bed sheets, chandeliers, lampshades that kind of thing
the twist was that they didnt fix the apartment afterward so they had to go back to their ruined beds to sleep
anywaysStaceygot kicked off
who cames on a show like this with time constriants and doesnt know how to use a sewing machine?
cant wait for next week

Rory,

Unfortunately neither Dan nor Santino won but Chloe Dao did. It was totally ridiculous. Her line was just plain odd. I believe she won because of the quirky inclusion of Debra Messing as the guest judge. It ruined the whole season.

I'm biased though because of my high admiration of Santino. He's a true artist.

Ok, so if you watched the first show tonight...

MAKE YOUR PREDICTION

as to who will win in the end. Pick your favorite as it were.

I choose Alison.

Her initial portfolio and her reason for attempting Project Runway were the most intriguing and impressive to me. She's a tad shy and naive but this life event for her could poise her for greatness. I hope so at least.

Laura was a close second. Her and Alison both I perceive as being artists. They were focused on design and design principles, not personal style or subjectivity.

Of course they both simply passed the first test. Neither of them won. That's ok.

Keith is a soulless creep that happens to have an eye for design and Jeffery is about the clearest definition of pretentious as you can get.

I think this group is the oldest overall out of the three and the most full of attitude. This will be a very cutthroat show me thinks.

I really like Laura, I think she started the season off GREAT with that coat, it was very well-made and gorgeous. I also like the Barbie dude, I forgot his name, but he's like the Dan of this season, methinks.
I DON'T like Jeffrey, for some reason. He really just doesn't appeal to me whatsoever. And Malan has got to go. I'm sorry, no one can be that arrogant and exist IMO.

From Season 2, I loved Dan, I had really hoped he would win. But after seeing Santino's line, I thought he was quite good as well. His outfits were remarkable, unlike Chloe's, hers were just...ugly.

Robert is Barbie Boy.

IAW orgo. I think Alison is amazing. When I saw her portfolio, I was amazed, and when she said that she did everything in it, I was shocked.

I thought that Robert's dress was good, but the back just made me think "Barbie Christmas Dress".

I like Angela & Laura, as well. Michael's dress, I thought, was really innovative, and I was a bit surprised it didn't get a lot of praise on it (his dress was made out of coffee filters). Oh, and Vincent is crazy.

(On a sidenote, I liked all three finalists final lines. Sure, some sucked, but the majority were really good.)

he was the guy with the blue dress made out of a bed sheet that tim told to put more stuff on
i think he deserved to win that was the first dress he ever made
and now he has immunity so he cant be voted off next week
