Quicktime+I-tunes problem!! helppp!!

Can someone help me? i'm dying!!

I made the stupid thing of uninstallling quicktime duh',and now i tunes doesnt run grr!! it asks me to install i tunes again....if i install quicktime again are my songs going to be erased?? i'm freaking out!!! *glad i havent connected my ipod yet*phewww...
please help!!

No, your songs won't be erased from your hard drive, but hey might disappear from your playlist (but I'm pretty sure they won't). It could be a wise thing to save the playlist to a safe place, if it's possible in iTunes (haven't used it).

Edit. I just realized you may talk about about songs purchased via iTunes. I have no idea of what is going to happen to them, but it wouldn't make any sense them to be erased during a reinstall. Just in case, you could backup them too.
