I lost my thread in the crash, so I suppose it's time to start over again. I'll eventually get around to posting my Photoshop workings in here again, but for now I'm going to stick to some writings.

One day back in 2002 I apparently got bored and decided to write up a researched rant. I think I was angry about something...

(Note: My feelings about my religion have changed, and yes, I'm very much questioning religion at this time. Also, for those of you who don't know, I'm bisexual.)


The Bible says that homosexuality is wrong. This occurs not once, but multiple times in the Bible. The following verses speak of the detestability of homosexuality.

Leviticus 18:22
"Do not practice homosexuality; it is a detestable sin."

Well, duh. That one's not too bad. Just a matter of opinion, right?

Romans 1:18-32
(26-27) "That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And the men, instead of having normal sexual relationships with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men and, as a result, suffered within themselves the penalty they so richly deserved."
(30-32) "They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They are forever inventing new ways of sinning and are disobedient to their parents. They refuse to understand, break their promises, and are heartless and unforgiving. They are fully aware of God's death penalty for those who do these things, yet they go right ahead and do them anyway. And, worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too."

Excuse me? You're telling me how I act and what I do, when that isn't even the case? What the hell?

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
"Don't you know that these who do wrong will have no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, who are idol worshipers, adulterers, male prostitutes, homosexuals, thieves, greedy people, drunkards, abusers, and swindlers--none of these will have a share in the Kingdom of God."

So now I'm being classified with rapists and serial killers. I get to go to hell, just like those who commit true crimes. Joy. Does this mean all my beliefs are for nothing? Am I going to hell for something I can't control? Does God hate me? I was raised a Christian and I've always been a Christian and I've planned on always being a Christian. But do I want to love a God who isn't going to love me back? Do I want to try to change so I can be accepted? God is supposed to love everyone, no matter what.

Romans 9:39
"Whether we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Does anyone else see a contradiction here? Is being like this a sin? Will I be forgiven? Will I get a chance to be saved, or will I be condemned to eternal damnation? Do I keep my faith? Or do I give it up? I'm so confused...

Bout fucking time someone pointed out it dose say homosexuality is wrong in the Bible. People have been trying to say no it dosen't. But the real question is who wrote the Bible? Did God or Jesus or Moses write the Bible? No. It was written long after the actual events of the Bible took place.

I don't encourage homosexuality because it often leaves fakes and people who want to be different. It has often left people in more confusion than there was before. I certainly do not discourage it eather. I could very well be homosexual. I'm sure I'm at least bisexual. People should be who they are no matter what. Besides I normally disregard anything I've got reason to dissagree with even if it's a large part of my religion.

Btw, this is sorta weird to have in your stuff.

I couldn't sleep last night. Which means I stayed up and played with Photoshop.
