*Ahem*....okay, so it's been a while....to say the least. I've done about a billion other layouts and found something wrong with all of them. So, I won't bother to post any of them except for my most recent....which still doesn't please me.



However, I will post my most recent work. It isn't a layout or signature or avatar (*gaspz0r!*). It's actually my very first try at digital portraiture. Of course, it isn't finished and I still have a ton of things to work on with it....but I decided to post it anyway. Sort of an in-progress, regularly updated sort of thing. Different than my usual, or what used to be my usual, thing.



So, here's the layout. The subject is Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer, third book in the Twilight series (which is the best series ever right after Harry Potter). It features the two actors that the author pictures as the perfect ones to portray the books' narrator, Bella Swan, and her love interest, Edward Cullen. Seriously, if you haven't read these books, you must. Now. Stop reading this, start reading those books.





And - *wince* - here's what I've got so far on the portrait. I wont tell you who it is....I want to see how many people can actually tell who it is.





Random side note: This is the actual portrait scaled to 30%. The fraking thing is huge. But I didn't want to uber-stretch the page.

Another random side note: I hate the gray background....but it's easier to work with.

Final random side note: I miss you all! It's good to be back!
