Okay, I am pretty sure I'm slightly overreacting but just a moment ago I got a call that said Restricted but I picked it up anyways. At first I wasn't able to tell what was being said I siply said "Hallo?" and it just sounded like a bunch of people talking at once and so I asked "Who is this?" and "Who's calling?" several times and then the person on the other line said "This is Rick James, bitch!" and so I tried to *69 the call but it wouldn't go through so I'm kind of scared now, especially since I'm home alone. Any tips? (I'm not sure if this person will call again, but i just want to be safe)

Seriously, someone prank called you. It's very easy to make your # restricted, so probably some people who had your number thought it would be funny. Next time tell whomever it is to come up with a more original line. Dave Chapelle did that skit 2 years ago.
