well it has a been a long time since i have written anything i mean words are always flowing through my head in pretty phrases and here it is my first entry in a very long time

I felt, I fell,
For you
I gave, I granted

I gambled took a chance
I showed my hand
And lost the lot

I took a chance
But felt
The fear you would not fall
As I had done for you

Alone I wonder the miscalculated step
Was it the missing words?
The silence in your hold
The fear you would not fall

The remaining memories
Covered by a layer of dust
Never opened but always touched

rain

i let the rain come
the drops are cold
they leave me numb

i let you come
your kisses strong
they leave me numb

i await the storm to end
the quite calm
i know it is over

i await the anger to end
the quite remorse
i know it is over

the rain fall sounds
a steady pattern
one with my internal beat

i am numb i know its over
the pain you left me
the burn inside
washed away by ice cold rain

im still becoming familar with my updated paint program. however here are two recent attepts. for those few who do not know it is sharon den adel of within temptation. the first picture is one of sharon added to another one i have the lyrics are from all i need. the second picture is one i spent some time on enhancing the colours and quality of the photo. let me know what you think

Those are all awesome, and all so real!! Theres alot of feeling and emotion to them!! Very nice pic as well! You should be proud of your work, You really know how to exspress alot of emotion with all your poems, and you show so much talent!! Can't wait to see more!! I will be looking out for them!! the lonesome tree
an open field

there i wait beneath the tree
the last of the summer leaves
whisper as they fall
their final act
to leave me knowing
you would never show

i fell apart
my final act
before i fell
was to whisper
