I think this round is very exciting, interesting, very unique (if thats the right
word) Its going to be quite the round!

WTF? I thought this was the round you were praying for. LOL.

Track 1: Honestly, didn't seem real to me. It sounded like a performance. (I mean, okay, the song is sung from a frigging mermaid's prospective, but...) It didn't feel like there was a lot of true feeling or emotion behind it.

Track 2: LOVED IT. I hadn't heard this song before, and I really enjoyed it. The only piece of advice I have is try to hit the high notes head-on instead of sliding into them (starting out soft and getting louder once you're sure you've got the note). Awesome song, and you sang it beautifully.

Track 3: (I love this song.) Love your voice, I think you just need to project a little more. It sounds like you could really have one of those awesome jazzy, kind of growly voices, and I'd love you hear you sing from your gut just a teensy bit more.

Track 4: Very good job, but I would've liked to hear you sing the part that you left to the backup track. I LOVE. YOUR. VOICE. Just...yes please.

Track 5: About half a measure ahead of the music, and although I could hear your voice, I couldn't tell what in the world you were saying.

Track 6: It pains me to listen to a Hannah Montana track, but in the interest of being fair and making an educated decision, I powered through it. It sounds like you have a very strong voice, but this is another one that felt a little empty. Sing from your gut, FEEL what you're singing. The song is saying "I miss you," it's a relatively sad song. Be sad about it.

Again, I fail for not entering. I had a song picked out and everything, and then life got in the way and went "NO! You will not record it."

Good job everyone, I can't wait to see who wins.

Don't feel bad Jul, I fail at life too. I had recorded and mixed a track that I was immensely proud of, and for some reason, when I exported it as an MP3 it only exported the first minute of the four minute song. At that point, I didn't realize it and exited out and deleted all of the files from my computer (because its my grandfather's) and THEN realized that I had only a minute of an entry. I was going to enter it anyway, but I figured no one would bother if the track was that short, so ah well.

I really enjoyed all of the entries, great job guys! Its going to be really tough to vote for just one of you.
