Round Six: Your Mom's Music Rocks

Round Six - Your Mom's Music Rocks
The theme for this round is that you must choose an older song. Why might you ask? Well because I'm running this and say so! Just kidding! I thought it would be fun to do a set of classic songs. So pick something from the Seventies or Eighties, or even earlier if you want to!

The Tracks:
01. Dreams (Fleetwood Mac)
02. Gimmie Shelter (The Rolling Stones)
03. Layla (Eric Clapton/Dereck & The Domino's)
04. Beat It (Michael Jackson)
05. Hot Stuff (Donna Summer)

Rules:
- Please email your karaoke mp3 to bunbun83@gmail.com no later than 11:59 pm (EST) on Saturday, OCT. 11th.

- Your email message must clearly indicate your EvBoard username, I don't need to play "Guess the e-mail" game. Also be sure to include the title of the song and the artist!

(Round 7 begins the finals)

This should be really interesting!

I like a couple of those songs listed, but I would have
added a couple different ones.
I can't wait to hear the end results, its going to be awesome!!

This is gonna be AWESOME. I've got my song all planned, but I have to wait till Monday to record it so Dylan will be at school.

EDIT: Oooo or Crazy on You ooor Barracuda?? I dont have backing track for those either but they're soooooo good

Amazon has karaoke mp3 tracks up the wazoo you can buy for .89 and .99 each. That is where I get most of mine. You can also pre-listen. Beats the hell out of buying a full karaoke CD with two songs on it you can actually sing.

There's nothing wrong with submitting a track that's acapella, IMO. I wouldn't spend 99 cents on a karaoke track when I could just sing the song. Pfft. As long as it's an oldie, just GO FOR IT.
