Well geez, theres another i forgot, Kingdom Hearts ^.^ Wow, there are lots of RPGs that I haven't played..I don't really like the star wars stuff too much and I've never played Castlevania. I have played FF2 (FF4 in the US) before, and I have Final Fantasy: Orgins, that has the 1st and 2nd games (japanese 2nd that was never released to the US) but I never got around to playing it lol.
It's great to see theres so many people that like RPGs too, I feel like a dork sometimes cause I get so excited about em!

I skimmed over most of these reply's and I didn't see anyone else say they played Star Wars Galaxies and I was just wondering does anyone play? I know it sounds dorky but it is actually a GREAT game.... It is a RPG and most people don't know that but you can actually choose your own persona. Either Imperial or Rebel.....and you can even create his or her appearence. Very Cool.

Dont worry about being excited about games. In japan, when new Final Fantasy games or Dragon Warrior games come out there, businesses shut down for the day.

i've spent so many years playing serpent ilse w/ no sound and getting pissed about it and quitting. and then some fine young souls created ExUlt, a non-dos version of ultima 7. you have to have the game downloaded already, but they made a program that makes it able to play in windows, thus eliminating the sound problem. i've gone back and started playing the whole thing over, starting w/ the black gate/forge of virtue.

It's been quite a while since i found an RPG that i really enjoyed, but in the past i loved playing any one of the "Bard's Tale" games on computers as old as the Commodore 64... most recently i loved the game "Wizardry (3) - Crusaders of the Dark Savant", i thought it was so well done and it just went on forever... still never heard of anyone who finished that game, though i don't know many who played it at all... i started playing "Neverwinter Nights" but i didn't get into it, even though it is set up like D&D which i've enjoyed playing for years...

Trogdor yes Working Designs made Lunar: the Silver Star and Lunar (2): Eternal Blue for Sega CD ^_^ and you say LUNAR 3 could be in the works??? .:GASPS:. Okay, that's it... I haven't even played L:EB on PSX yet, that does it I'm getting married so I can hoard use of my man's PSX while he's distracted playing with his new XBox .:laughing evilly:. that is, after the US Army gives him back to me .:Grrrrs:. >| until then his PSX is boxed up somewhere in Germany ;-; but heck with the PSX if I could just play a li'l RPG with him... LuciFer when you play Neverwinter Nights is it MAJORLY laggy and slow like mine is? I can't even walk without it pausing for 2 or 3 minutes before i can get anywhere!

I so wanted to beat Xenogears...but the 2nd time I tried to play all the way through, I got pissed at the last boss and I yanked out the disc and broke it

I did the same with the last disc of Final Fantasy VIII too... I think I have anger issues...

Why did you get pissed at FF8? I beat the shit out of that game (granted I was level 100 with squall, 86 with zell and 84 with selphie).

Tiger_Goddess, yeah i found Neverwinter Nights is a subpar game, and not just on gameplay... like you say i do suffer some lag problems whilst playing it and that is even if im doing it single player... i never did go on the net with it, but i can only imagine how bad it'd be for that... my 'puter isn't that bad either so i could never understand why it had such issues... the graphics weren't even anything to write home about...
