Hey, are there any other sailors out there? Or anyone who has ever done it or is interested in finding out more?

Post your stories here. What do you sail? Where? How long have you been doing it for? Do you race? etc.

Ahhhh I've always wanted to sail and I'm jealous of those who can. My friend just got accepted to Clemson University and she's going to be on their sailing team. And I have a friend who is a sailing counselor (and he's only fifteen) at a river that we live close to.

Those little Opti and Lazer boats are so cute! But sadly, I don't sail...

Well, it's never to late to learn! Get one of your friends to teach you or go to the local sailing club and find out if they have lessons (most generally do).

If it's something you've always wanted to do then you should just do it. You'll probably enjoy it.
