On a side note, when it comes to photo editing, can you make it less blurry? If so, how would one go about doing that? All the pics I took of the concert were with a lame camera, and so they all came out blurry. Just wondering if I could fix some of that before I post them, or e-mail them to the folks. You don't have to answer if you don't want, if it's a really involved process. Just point me in the direction of a good site. I've looked at a few, and I can't understand a damn thing they're saying.

LOL now, now, dont steal hmmmm as far as blurry pics go, it depends honestly... in photoshop you could try to unblur them via the sharpening filter, but sometimes that doesnt work that great... i'd honestly have to see them to get an idea of the blurriness (sp?) i've always had a weakness with the blurry though if you had a close up of amy with a nasty scratch on the pic i could take that out LOL

here ya go guys! hot off the presses from last night

i made this for austin aka axe in the wee hours of the morning last night it's a bg/sig of lindsay lohan... the mood of it---hmmmm probably either sunrise or sunset, i'm not sure which exactly... i used some flowery brushes for the border... dominant colors of course are the yellow and the orange... used a stock photo of a sunset through the trees of a forest (see if you can spot it) and ummm yeah---fav parts of this are the striking border and lindsay LOL

That's pretty cool! I saw it in the signature in another thread and thought it was an official graphic from a website or something, that is until I saw it here. I love doing stuff with photoshop, and am fairly decent at it, but my problem is that I'm totally devoid of ideas. I can never think of anything so I just don't bother. If I get a specific project though it can keep me entertained for hours. Nice work.

what kinda stuff do you do with photoshop? i get my ideas after listening to songs or from the pictures people want me to use, then i think of stuff that'll look great with them for my photo editing, well no inspiration there really, it's more like a contest of how much i can change while making it still look great and credible

thanks for the compliment

There are quite a few young beauties these days that are quite inspiring... and how are your feelings towards Hillary Duff? Me? I'm a very normal single white 21 year old southern college student who noticed a while back that Scarlett Rayne was pretty cool, so I check her stuff out.

I like to make backgrounds for my computer by taking existing photos and manipulating them into something I think looks cool... (It's currently Evanescence and I haven't felt like changing it in a long time... ) If there's work that needs to be done to scanned or digital pictures that I've taken or my friends have taken then I do that a lot... Lighting fixes, shadow removals from the flash, etc. Mostly technical type stuff... nothing really genuinely creative. Word got out at my old job once (where mostly women work) that I could manipulate photos fairly realistically so they all wanted virtual makeovers all of a sudden. My stance on creativity is that I enjoy seeing it from others, but I just can't make myself come up with it on my own.

ah yes, the virtual makeovers LOL i do a ton of those for my site... everything from fixing nasty scratches on a picture to removing blemishes, softening up the shine on a person's face and bags under a person's eyes along with fixing color... i'll post a few before and after pics from my site in this thread sometime or if someone has a pic they want me to try and fix up for them, i'll give it a go
