Hiya all, ive been looking and browsing the site all day and the talent that is here is incredible, from artists to writers the level of work is absolutely brilliant and i take my hat off to each and everyone who has shared their work and life with us here

I do CG Art as a hobby and as so this is some of my work

hope you all like

On many other forums i am known as ArchAngel which is what ive always signed my work as (and am currently working on getting my own web site for my art sorted and finished) but because of the popularity of the name Angel after reading the FAQ, the thought of even trying to use it here didnt seem worth it *chuckles*

Well there's two things here that i wanna say

1) Hi Mike, i looked at your introduction earlier, but i didn't post anything.

2) DAMN! Your artwork is totally amazing...i mean down to every detail...
my favorite being the first and second one. I can clearly see how much work you put into both of them. Great job *thumbs up*

i'm hoping to see more soon!

Your first image is definitely one of the most convincing human faces I've ever seen in CG, including Final Fantasy. Total Photorealism. Both of your linked ones rock too, especially the "Royal Guard". The last image (PVC Girl) is quite good as well.

I can't find a single thing to complain about, which is odd for me. Great job!

Calligirl, the reference made about one being a more convincing face than that of final fantasy has had me grinning from ear to ear for a good ten minutes now *chuckles*
myimmortalenemy, thanks for the kind words, alot of time and effort does go into them but when the responce to any piece is as positive as these it makes every minute completely worth while, i think id be safe in saying that pretty much goes for anything a person has poured their hearts into

I know very little about art, and less about graphic-y art, as you can see by my incredibly technical terminology, but this is what I think: Wow, pretty! I LOVE the first two. And then in your second post, I love the red cloak. That's so cool! I love that picture in general. All the ones in your second post are great. They're ALL great! Every last one of them

that picture i called 'Lady in Red' and is one of my favourite pictures also. Many ideas come by accident or when you start a particular thing then decide to change it. With 'Lady in Red' id made my mind up exactly what i wanted to achieve before i'd even started and to get it looking exactly how id pictured it in my mind gave it sentimental value to me as it is the only picture ive ever done like this
