Hey!!! Are there any boarders hitting up the resorts this year!? Man... I am out this year cause I had ACL surgery but next year I'll be back! Shaun White has me all pumped about boarding right now... is anyone else like me?

YESS. I am a snowboarder, I went to some resorts this year and it was ok until febuary.. I live near montreal

but we had rain so it kinda messed up the hills

Any type of skiiers are welcome here. Alpine, telemark, cross country, aerial, ski jumping, you name it. And of course racing or half pipe snowboarders too!

What kind of equipment do you use, and we do you go for your powder?

I go skiing up in Quebec at Mont Sainte Anne, and I love it there. I've been skiing I think since I was about four years old.

Today I use Atomic Metron skiis. Gotta support Austrian-made ski paraphernalia!

Oh yeah, and how about your favorite national teams? I support Austria and the United States!

I love snowboarding! Though I'm not really great at it, and still a "novice" hehe. But it's fun. Even when I fall flat on my face and slide about 30 feet.

i love skiing... ive only been once and that was a week on school ski trip. i cant wait to go skiing again. even with the countless stacks

I LOOOOOOOVE to snowboard. I have had 4 concussions from landing on my head perfecting tricks on the halfpipe.

My three best tricks are a frontside rodeo, backflip and frontflip. I also like to hit rails and stuff like that as well. There is nothing better than catching some huge air. I go usually go boarding in Telluride Colo. How about y'all?

For my holiday vacation, I'm going to upstate New York to try out cross country skiing. I haven't done it in several years, so this could be interesting. I'd much rather go alpine skiing, but this might actually be better because I'm training for my sport and this could help out while I'm on break from weightlifting.
