Im a huge smallville fan. I have been ever since it first started. Im currently waiting for the season 3 opener to show up on kazaa so i can download it as we wont be getting it free to air until at least next year if at all.

Smallville is a WB series featuring Clark Kent (AKA Superman) when he was a teenager. Basically it shows Clark growing up, discovering his powers, and becoming the person who would one day be Superman. Tonight's episode was the 3rd season premiere. In a pervious episode Clark received his class ring. Unknowingly, it contained Red Kryptonite. If you are unfamiliar, Red Kryptonite basically makes Clark act bad (to put it simply). After the drama of the end of the last season, Clark ran away and put on his class ring to escape who he was. That leads up to the season premiere.

I thought the episode was good. I loved how it ended. If you didn't catch it, the voice of Jor-El (Clark's biological father) was played by the same actor (Terence Stamp) who played General Zod in Superman 2. The voice did ask Johnathan if he was willing to bring Clark back at all cost. I wonder if this is leading up to his death?

I never read any of the comics. I haven't seen any other movie than the first one. I really liked the first movie, but I thought that the earth-spin-backwards-reverses-time thing was kinda cheesy.

I just can't decide which Smallville girl I like better, Lana or Chloe. I mean Lana is hot, but so is Chloe and it seems that Chloe is a bit smarter. But also Lana appears to be more mature than Chloe. I AM TORN BETWEEN THEM!!!!! heh, im not that crazy. Though I do love the show.

That would suck but is very much a possibility. I liked the episode. I'm looking forward to next week's continuation. In a way, Clark is a krypto-addict.

Doesn't green krytonite cancel out the effects of red krytonite? If so, that little box that Clark stole needs only to be broken open to force Clark to deal with reality. They didn't say that there was kryptonite in that little box, but we all know about Lionel's fascination with the "meteor rock."

Green Kryptonite hurts and weakens Clark. I'm not sure if it cancels the effects of the Red Kryptonite though.

I remember when Clark first encountered red krytonite, they used something that negated the effects of the red krytonite. After that, the red krytonite was no longer red, instead it was clear. I thought it was green krytonite but I could be wrong.
