I do have to comment on one more thing. Where did Lana learn to kick ass (litterly)? First it was Edge's hired goons, then it was the guy in the pool, then it was the "meteor rock freak hunter". She's not playing your classic defenseless pretty girl. When it comes down to it, she's not crying or running, she's punching and kicking to litterly kick some ass. I like it.

Basically a teenager's father was killed by one of the "meteor rock poisoned then gone bad" villians of a previous episode. So he decided to wage war on all those exposed to meteor rock, whether or not they were doing bad things. He first killed his best friend (who had gills) while he was trying to drown Lana. Lana thought that the mysterious sniper did it to save her. But he just did it to kill a "freak". Clark is back working for the torch and does an article about the gill boy and the shooting. Using an annual, Lana is able to identify gill boy's friend and Clark goes to investigate him. Clark and Pete find his dad's old hunting cabin and then found a hitlist on the wall made from printouts stolen from Cloe's computer files on the wall of wierd and potential meteor rock infectees. The next target was Lex Luthur. So Clark tells Pete to call the police and he runs to Metropolis to save him. Of course he gets there just in time to catch the bullet and the "freak hunter" sees it. While trying to escape he runs into Clark and a piece of meteor rock falls out of his bag. He then sees how it harms Clark and he leaves it on Clarks chest while he makes his escape. Lex questions why the "freak hunter" would be after him. Cloe has a file on Lex which uses his three brushes with death and his abnormally high whitecell count as possible evidence that he was effected by the meteor rock. Cloe tries to quit her arrangement with Lyonel. Lyonel wont let her go, instead he threatens to fire her father if she doesn't continue to work for her. While in hiding the "freak hunter" makes bullet tips from the meteor rock. On the Kent farm he snipes a shot at Clark. Clark hears it and tries to catch it. It goes through his hand and into his shoulder. Johnathan has to remove the bullet from a passed out Clark's shoulder. Once the bullet is out, Clark heals instantly. The "freak hunter" then goes to Lana and asks for her help. She fights against him and Clark shows up. He tries to prove to Lana that Clark is one of the freaks and shoots him again with meteor rock tipped bullets. This time it doesn't stop Clark and Lana and Clark finish off the freak hunter (knocked out and ready for arrest). Lana asks how he survived it and he opens his shirt to show a lead plate across his torso. Later Cloe has another confrontation with Lyonel and Lana goes to see Clark on his farm. Things appear to be improving between the two teens in love (to an extent). Then in the preview for the next episode it shows Lana and Clark skinny-dipping and then all kinds of weird breaking loose.
I tried to remember as much as I could but I did leave out a few bits. I hope this is good enough for you. |
