I must say it's kinda hard because this board is quite big. And I don't know te people (only Julie). The rules seem really strict to me but I understand it's needfull on such a big board. And I'm from Holland so the fact all is written in English doesn't make is easier...

But if I keep on posting, I'm sure I'll get used to it

I have to say that at first I was so totally overwhelmed. Like others have said it felt so strict. But as I have checked it out a little more....I have grown rerspect for the ones who run the site. Evanescence should be proud how everyone is working to uphold their names. a lot of times I just read posts....not responding. But sometimes I will venture out and leave comments. I hope one day to work past being a n00b....to understand more about evboard.....I guess that's about it for now.

Its gotten easier since the mod queue expectations got lowered (and I know because I have been through it before *sighs*), but yer, its easier and the board seems much more relaxed than around earlier this year... dunno why

I've been here since April 2003, yet I only have 500 posts. I was a true asshole at first, making dumb threads and starting a lot of shit in some discussions. I even got banned once for saying something mean to one of the administrators on IRC.

God, those were such dark times for "Kandikorn". I missed the evboard so much during that time that I begged to be unbanned. It worked but I had to promise that I was going to behave. and so far, I haven't done anything bad since my n00b days. Ok, maybe I did bring back a really old thread but that was it.

I miss my n00b days. It seems like just yesterday the n00b-roasting hamster was evaluating ME! Growing up sucks!

But I'm still a n00b sort of. Nobody here really knows who I am.
