If I may offer an observation? You mainly seem to just post--most of your replies don't really need a response. You mainly just agree, disagree, or state your opinion. Not many people respond to these, particularly when they are from a poster they don't recognize. This is probably at least part of why you feel ignored.

Joining in IRC chats will help get your name recognized, as would posting more questions or controversial points--actually enter into discussions rather than simply stating your position (this is what I meant when I said participate rather than post).

The biggest thing that would help, though, is simply being here longer and letting people get to know you.

"Fault" isn't the word I would use--there is no blame here, you just haven't been here long enough to really be noticed outside of a handful of threads. They aren't ignoring you--they just don't know you exist yet

This is a very large community with a lot of people in it. You have 37 posts, the only ones of which I would have even had a chance to see were in this thread. Most of the forum community hasn't seen your posts and, if they have, your posts don't make people process what you've said and give a detailed response.

Give it time, participate on IRC, talk with people and participate in discussions--people will get to know you as a consequence. They aren't ignoring you here, they just don't know you: Attention will come in time.

If you're thinking of registering after reading a few threads as a Guest, please don't register with a Username that contains/incorporates "Amy", "Evanescence", "Ev", "ILoveAmy" or any other lame reference to your devotion to the band members. We've plenty of them as it is.

Of COURSE you love Amy. And John and Will and Rocky and Terry... We ALL do. That's why we're here...

But PLEEEEEAASE be a bit more imaginative than to use them or any reference to them as your screenname. We'll love you all the more for it, and there's a better chance that ToB won't simply refuse your registration request for being a prick.
