In an amorphous solid, the atoms cannot tie strong long-range bonds. They all differ from one to the next, therefore giving the substance an irregular shape that can be easily altered.

Well that may or may not be true, but that still doesn't answer the question. That's like asking if Russia is a Socialist or Communist country and saying the answer is Russia is in Europe and then arguing it's actually a part of Asia, that wasn't the question asked. We know where it fits.

Liquid is one of the four principal states of matter. A liquid is a fluid that has the particals loose in an object & can freely form a distinct surface at the boundaries of its bulk material. The surface is a free surface where the liquid is not constrained by a container.

Whether or not pudding is liquid or solid depends on both
a) the consistency of it,

b) what TYPE of pudding it is

What are the mL or grams on the package? Also, will it evaporate at some point? All liquids evaporate.
