I don't recall anyone going over to EvThreads specifically to start trouble. There's been so much censorship, deleting, thread-locking, and banning over there that it's ridiculous. So no one wants to even bother. I hang out mostly over at the 'Bored Much' section because I've come to realize that having a discussion about the breakup, or throwing my 2 cents in over at EvThreads, is futile. However, that's more than I can say for the flock of EvThreaders coming here to start drama because they don't like what's said here. Apparently it bothers them when we point out the lies and bullshit? I think so.

Even Amy admits she is a bitch. And I agree with that. What woman isn't? I never said I wasn't. So I'm not seeing the problem here.

And I know you guys are dissapointed and so am I. I wish she didn't do that. I felt very let down and angry at first too. But whatever. What's done is done. I still love the music, and now two more awesome guys get the chance to play some awesome music...

I guess there really is no problem here. Everybody is human, and every woman is a woman. (usually). I just meant like, there is no point in bashing her, or anybody, cause it won't even make a difference. It's just adding more drama to this place...

Tutu Fairy, I do see your point. Yes sometimes the bashing here gets excessive, but also some of the locking of threads and deletion of posts on EvThreads gets excessive. It's true that if your opinion varies from that of others that your post more often than not gets deleted. Just the other day I read something that stated, quite articulately too, and not at all Amy bashing but rather just not in agreement with her, that got deleted almost immediately after being posted. That really annoyed me because everyone is entitled to their opinion. I would have understood if it was offensive, but it wasn't. Just obviously not in compliance with the required minimum of Amy ass-kissery. Okay, maybe that's a little harsh, I know the Mods over there have had a lot to do with all this crap lately, but still. I'm just pointing out that a lot of the time it seems you're allowed to have an opinion.. As long as your opinion doesn't vary too much from that of others.

As for hypocrisy, let's face it, everyone is a hypocrite. No one can ever say they haven't done something hypocritical.

And yes, everybody is human. That's partly the reason people here are so critical of Amy. It's human to get upset and angry when you're betrayed or let down by people you look up to or do something to upset you or whatever, and people express that in different ways. Also a lot of people here have specific reasons to dislike Amy. I know personally I've lost a lot of respect for her through this, but I don't HATE her - I don't really have any reason to. However, I would never 'look up' to her any more. Anyone who treats other people like that, regardless of what they've been through, who they are, how much status they have in life or whatever else.. Just isn't worth respecting.

What has that got to do with what I posted?

First, shutup. I used to post a couple years ago under a different name, but I haven't used that name in two years, so I made a new account this month. I am a fan from a year before Fallen, so yes I am an old fan.

Second, shutup. I have had several completely reasonable and totally nonoffensive posts deleted over on evthreads. I understand the mods there have been inundated since the last couple weeks and they are overmoderating to compensate for the overflow of posts they have to wade through. But, that means if anyone wants to post anything remotely nonsheepish, they have to come here. We are in fact getting the overflow from evthreads of people who want to discuss the situation, other than just congratulating Amy and telling her how perfect she is. So it looks like this is the AntiAmy board, simply because it is the only bastion of free speech between the two boards. You and others can come over here and post your support for Amy and blah,blah,blah and guess what? No one deletes it. You have the freedom to state your opinion. However, those who don't agree with things that have transpired, are not able to post on Evthreads without getting deleted or banned. Do you see?

Third, shutup. If you want to say shit about the people here and how nuetral and/or proAmy you are, why don't you go to the board where everyone agrees with you. Of course you are free to say whatever here, but just be prepared to get bashed/thrashed/rebuffed/refuted, because here, we are allowed to say what we feel as well.

I know whatever bashing I've done of Amy is jst me venting my anger. When shit goes on which is hurting you, it's good to be able to talk about it. That's what this is, us talking about something really fucked up to people who are willing to listen . Me being able to call Amy an ego maniacal control freak bitch and explain why I feel that way and have people listen and agree with me makes me feel better, it really does. There was one point I thought I was gonna lose it cos I had no one to talk to about this and I was genuinely really upset.

Srsly, if you don't like it either put up and shut up or beat it. Telling us to stop is what's really adding to the drama here. Us bashing Amy isn't hurting anyone (at least not at the extent we're doing it at the moment); I doubt she reads these pages and even if she does, she's dishes it out so I'm sure she can take it. And I don't see any reason why anyone who's not Amy Lee-Hartsler or someone very close to her should be offended by it.
