the desktop
I have a problem with the computer.
sometimes goes slow, and then is blocked, and disappear all the files and the bar of start of the desktop, and i cannot do anything.  here is a photo.. i hope you guys can help me

That looks like some kind of messed up explorer issue.
Can you bring up the Task Manager by Hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del ? If so, Look at the processes and see if Explorer.exe is running. Try to boot into Safe Mode (Hit F8 before the Windows Logo Appears when you boot up your computer) If you can get into safe mode, and you have system restore turned on, Restore your computer to a previous date (one well before this problem came along) This is under Start / Program Files / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore You may have a virus on your system, but it's hard to say. |
