easy. you fire up the grill, slap the steak on it, wait a minute or 2, flip it, wait, cut steak open. if it's red in the middle and brown at the top and bottom, it's a gooooood steak.

Don't worry, Josh already took care of it. Yes, we do steak, burgers, anything that can be grilled, because Josh is Teh Grill Master.

To cook a medium rare steak--you just cook it until it's browned on the outside and moderately pink on the inside, with light pink/almost clear juices. It's the best thing ever.

EDIT: Damn, ToS beat me. LOL your description sounds a little closer to COMPLETELY rare...
