But I gotta say, I love the album. I'm trying not to listen to it too much or I might be sick of it too early (yes, it CAN happen...

). But it's hard!

Why the hell do they have to be so damn good?

But hell, I just absolutely love the new music

lol, I have that problem too. I got it the day it leaked, and after only a few days I decided to delete it so I wouldn't get sick of it by October 3rd. I'm glad I listened to it, though. I would've burst if I hadn't.

And about the Blender interview, it was awesome. I'm glad to hear she's in a good relationship for once. And also, I adore that second picture...(edit) but where's the new guy??

I'm surprised I haven't burst into thousands of pieces by now. lol. The wait is just grr and the time is dragging on and on. heh heh. I'm not sure if I'll ignore all the "previews" on all the websites when those pop up a few days before the album...I'll give it a try lol. BTW, Thanks for typing out that article. It was a good read, mhmm. :-)

I KNEW that! As sson as she said her new boyfriend is a therapist, I said: It might be the guy who asked her omce 'Are you happy, Amy?' and started the whole BMTL thing.

My God, it's such an honest interview. I don't remember her being so open and honest. (Hope, it won't put her into trouble). I also hope that she wins that aweful lawsuit and her worst fears about it won't come true.

ok, so far i've seen a lot more of amy's influences shine through on this new album. Lithium and Your Star immediately reminded me of Tori Amos, but not in a bad way. It's still unique to Ev...i can just see the influence. Actually the beginning of Your Star made me think of Tori's song "I can't See New York." which i remember amy wrote those lyrics in her online journal. Some of the more experimental songs made me think Bjork. I guess I just love the new stuff. It took a while for them to get stuck in my head...but now that they are, I doubt they'll leave for a while. haha. amy's vocals are definately stronger and more dynamic, i love it!

What a great interview! I liked the part with the jacket, lucky her, a jacket that was Tim Burton's I would kill for that *Amy put your hands up and step away from the jacket, it's MINE!!! BWHAHAHAHA* >__< Its good that she is happy with her new boyfriend

. I liked the part about the rain and her playing on the piano, I agree, I love it when it rains! It really is too bad about Zero, but now she has 2 kitty cats! XD

Over the past several weeks, some have noticed my absence from posting. Some of you have PMed me, some have emailed me and one friend called me to see if things were okay. Well, let me say that all is well and the reason that I have not been posting is because I have not heard the album yet and I can't understand why people who hate it so much are bashing it before the release.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion about the album but I wish that the board would have not allowed reviews until the release. That is just my opinion. EvBoard is respected by Amy and the band and I think that we should have been there for them during this 'leak' and not there for ourselves. Somethings are worth waiting for. (Some of you many not think the album was but there is a time and a place.) To me, loyality is everything.

This 'hype' can work both ways I guess, but I feel that it will not generate more sales but that it will hinder them.

See you on Oct. 3rd or before if the release date is pushed up.

A very well-known and loved American musician. The movie Walk the Line starring Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix was about him. Many artists from all genres love and respect his music.
