I love teh new painting because when I look at it, to me it looks like the heart is like giving up (even though it was not your intention) like it's realeasing or something.. I dunno. Alls I know is that it means something to me.

That is an interesting observation, and I can see that in it definetely. That is the beauty of art - each person can get their own meaning from it!

Naikuu, you're awesome. I had no idea you were so multi-talented. :)

I just listened to the song "Smile", and...it's beautiful. The words, the way it's sung, your voice, everything. I love how the lyrics seem to shift to a new level as the song goes on.

Your newest painting is also just *love*. The colors are perfectly blended, and it seems as if they're made to draw the eye right into the center, where the heart is. The whole idea around the painting is amazing, I think. The title really strikes well, also.

I have to run for now, but I'm going to come back and listen to more of your songs.

it means a lot to me.

that song and that painting are probably two of the pieces i have put the most emotion into.

portrait of a friend spring '07 i will not be finishing it though.

an acquaintance playing the harp, 10min sketch from life.

sketch from life of friends sitting in the living room reading, unfinished, ~35 minutes or so

unfinished portrait/doodle/sketch of our main worship leader at my church, i might finish this eventually.
