Not when you can get someone else to pay for it. (plus the only money i had was my moms... and she hates Nirvana. We got shit for even thinking about buying the CD. so, em, we didn't want to see what would happen if we used her money to buy it. lol)

I'm really happy right now because today my usa exchange confirmation arrived

Plus I just had this funny conversation with my tennis trainer, he's scottish and sometimes speaks english with me, and he was talking "...pon, thats a playing on words..." and I was like "how stupid, why it isn't pow?!" "wtf why should it be pow, its pon!" "but pow would be more logical - Playing On Words"
and he was like "hahaha NOO it's just a normal word.."

LOL

My big cheese for the week is that I FINALLY got Honor Roll at my high school. Sweet! Working actually pays off! Oh yeah, and I got a B in geometry which absolutely never happens. So I'm muy proud.

How cute, my middle daughter is getting a turtle too. She already has him named. Hermie "Spoon" Mello. Out of the minds of children ya know.

My cheese for the day is I got a brand new Gateway laptop with a 17 in monitor for an early 12th anniversary present from the hubby. My former laptop took a shit the night before last so I figured I'd be getting something new in the form of a computer. But not this. My darlin' went all out on this puppy. Even bought me this cool Altec Lansing mic/headphone combination so I can record easier. What a doll.It is amazing!

Also, I discovered some really neat stores at the mall last night when we went into Iowa City. I'd never been in some of them, and of course the ones I already loved were having good christmas sales. Bought some neat things.

Went to Kirklands, found what I wanted to get my parents for Christmas, but it was too heavy for me to ship myself. Happened to check out their online site and they had it. Sooo, I ordered it online, had it gift shipped and voila, their gift is on the way. Saved sales tax and shipping was cheaper than what the tax if purchased in the store would have cost.

Actually, I am close to finished with my holiday shopping.I did most of it online, saved a bundle, stuck to my budget very well. I only have just a few things I need to send to the family in nevada and montana. The rest I had dropshipped to them.
