Exclamation They don't need rock

The music around the earlies 50's,(around 1955)was a place where some womans in music found freedom, doing what their mothers couldn't do,what their parents wanted to do.Started with patti smith, the runaways, and some writers that believing the mens where just to guide a home, and family man,and all the stupid and ancient things that now are not here. But the female freedom is now with us,are we feeling something different?Do we get enough far to say :we are respected, being womans, are we in the same place that the mens are?

The title and section this thread is placed in is odd.

Womans have plenty far to say nowadays. Just look at Hillary Clinton. If a bitch like her can rise to where she is, imagine what a non-bitch can do.

Ohhh I have a joke!

Why don't women need to wear watches?

BECAUSE THERE'S A CLOCK ON THE OVEN!

I can't stand 50's music to be honest. I think we would be in the same place as men if we were paid the same as they are for the same jobs.
