I am posting this as an apology to Amy for what happened last night/ to tell about my amazing night when I "met" Amy....

Ok so I have wanted to meet the band for 7 years, seen them live 4 times (now 5) and NEEDED to me them tonight. WELL, I am an embaressment to say the least. After what seemed like several hours (probably less than half) of trying to figure out where they were after the New York show last night one older security gaurd called me over to him and told me to try to go to the 8th floor. He told me I might not be allowed in, but to just try. So being scared of elevators, I walked up 8 flights of stairs, and I am PANTING when I get to the top. Once at the doors three big security gaurds tell us we have to leave.

Sadly my best friend and I turn around to start our journey down the stairs when a security gaurd coming up tells us we have to turn around and go back up. I walk all the way back up, turn around.... BAM! Amy Lee. Right there, next to me. Im an idiot, I screamed!!!! She screamed, she laughed. Even dumber I FELL OVER AND CRIED!!!(as she was walking away...)! Instead of talking to her, saying hi, complimenting her hair???? I screamed and cried in Amy Lee's face!.... So embaressing! anyway, Sorry about last night Amy

You were great though

Oh I met Tim <3 also last night

I DID acctually talk to him, he even signed my set list (one of the security gaurds took it off the stage for me) And I got a guitar pick. overall great night!

Well that's an interesting meeting.....I think I would have died if that happened to me..lol. Well hey, at least you were able to have SOME sort of interaction with Amy...that's more than most of us could say.

Damn. That's really crazy. I think if I met her I'd be able to maintain composure, though it's understandable that, for some, they can't. I'm sure another chance will come along.

It's hard for some people to realise she's just a person.
I don't think I'd like to meet her. I can infer from what I've seen that she doesn't actually enjoy interacting with fans. It's like, yeah, it's me, we have nothing to talk about, you know. And I guess I understand that. Besides, Amy Lee fans are like too emotional, I think xD
