If God loved me, I'd probably think that was a pretty sweet poem.
It's really nice, even though I don't believe what it's saying.

i like your poem its straightforward and sincere...my only critique is this line:
God is here for you all He loves you

it sounds a little choppy and i t doens't completely make sense..but other thanthat, good work.

My heart was open to him for a long time, and it never got me anywhere. I tend to go... the other way now. But that's okay. We all can have our own beliefs. I really like your poetry though.

Apryl, that statement made me cry. We can all have our own believes and that is make us the diverse creatures we are. I see the creator's hand in all things but also know how easy it is to go the other way,lol. I think I kind of walk the neutrality border often.

Anyway, really nice poem. For those that have unwavering faith or are searching to have unshakable faith it speaks volumes.
I just can't be a blind follower any longer, of anything so I continue to question and demand answers. I believe in G-D but not in the same sense many do. It is my spirit I seek to nurture, not a collection plate at some building I wish to fill.

It's not that it's ...easy to go the other way, and that's why I do, I just find more... comfort and salvation in that, I suppose.
I'm not going to fill this person's thread with my own beliefs, but I'll just say that while I do tend to go "the other way", and am a very spiritual person, not so much in the way of a generalized and typical God, I also believe that until you are dead, it is impossible to truly know.

I think it's cool that people have faith in their Gods... I have faith in my own, but it's different than some guy who created a human race to come to worship him, and then watch as it destroys itself.
There are many types of Gods.
