Edit : maybe minus the "That's" part. I dunno.

Edit again: I search "why it's only fair" at sing365.com and only got "Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - The Moon Just Turned Blue Lyrics" and that ain't it.

She's either singning something she made up while being silly or something REALLY obscure OR it's like from a TV show/random unknown film, meh.

Does anyone think it's based around pantomime? Maybe it's not a duck at all. I don't know if anyone's watched Punch and Judy at the seaside, but have you ever heard the way they laugh? There laughs almost sound like a quack and they usually laugh when one of the puppets is beating the other puppet down.

Or it could be that the song is about the ugly duckling being all alone and he quacks at the beginning! (heh, which is highly unlikely)

It could be a bunch of drunk pirates singing a sort of drinking song! And they actually are the ones that did the duck noise afterwards! The "quack, quack, quack" means that there are only three bottles of rum left! And they have to get to the last "one." Something like that!

I really have no idea...

I'm at a loss. I have know idea what this is. All internet research for song lyrics is coming up with naught.

EDIT: Again I really clearly hear "Why it's only fair to take me" in there. Just before and just after I'm not sure if it's entirely "{That's} why it's only fair to take me {into my home}" or not.

Ok I personally think it's a sped up backwards version of a bit of an old song maybe from origin or something? Just a guess cos the voice sounds like Amy.

And as for the pirate-duck thing.

Um...

Will was secretly a pirate and had a lot of rubber ducks so therefore the band payed tribute to him on the new CD at the start of The Only One.
