elixmia will become famous soon enough
I looked at this with one of my friends and we're totally clueless. I'm sure I hear the word 'hold' at the end, but I do often imagine things. And I think it sounds like a duck, but it could very well be a sped up instrument. I listened to it slowed down and I still thought it sounded like a duck. And I wasn't entirely sure whether Amy was singing or talking. I think it's singing, but I could very easily be wrong. I'm not sure how it really sounds like laughter, but that's just me!

I have NOTHING on pirates though...bloody pirates...

If the band were to read this I'm sure they'd have a good laugh!

That's not Amy. There's no way that could be Amy. That woman is singing opera....Amy's opera voice is different, when she sings with it at all.

Edit: You know Dhamma, I actually do have a pirate rubber ducky that I bought at the Pirates of the Carribbean ride in Disney World. I bought it for my friend, but I fell in love with it....so I kept it. . Do I get any points for admitting that, ninja as I am?

i think it sounds like amy. she has been on the lower register quite a bit on this album so i think it could be her.

Yeah but unless they seriously screwed around with the pitch, that just seems too low to be Amy IMO. I wish I could put the clip and Amy singing in the VMA Diary next to each other, but just listen to it. It doesn't sound the same. I mean, it could be, but I just don't think it is.

And really, I'm sure if you distorted it enough, that could even be Dick Cheny singing with the duck.

...Is it even a possibility that it's not really on the album? Like, something happened while it was being converted or something before it was leaked? It doesn't make any sense at all for there to be a duck quacking before the music goes all dark and "uh uh uhhhh"

So when she warms her voice up to the fullest extent of her range that is "opera voice?" I mean, if you count the part where she is playing around with the Sheryl Crow song then technically when she plays around as though she were singing opera her voice is a bit different from the clip, however that does not mean that she could not be singing on the clip.

Looks like it was played on the CD at the London preview yesterday.
