- complete this section then you can read... so i finished the next morning so add in sleep deprivation and the book did not last long. but totally worth it. i only have about 200 words of eclipse left and i have to say i am totally addicted. it has been so long since i have found a book that i cannot put down and one where i just can't turn the pages fast enough.

i really enjoyed new moon, i know a number of you didnt like it as much but bella's sense of loss was written so well and it was relatable. i already find bella relatable but new moon developed that more and made her a stronger character. the wording of the first couple of chapters or so after edward left was really well done, you felt that sense of loss well i did anyway.

jake i can handle in small doses- to much and he drives me crazy but he gives the story something.

ok i should now go assignment so i can then finish eclipse

i like the cover, but i don't like that it is the last book or supposed to be the last book that sucks. being as i just got so into the series the idea of the story ending so soon does not make me happy.

I was actually at work one day walking by an encap of these books. I grabbed one because the cover of Twlight caught my eye and intrigued me. I read about it and then read the book and I loved it. I can't wait to see this movie or read the next books!

Bringing this back.
Honestly, while I find these books a great read, I can't help but have some issues with the characterization of Bella. First off, it's just so "convenient" that everybody in the WORLD is like, in love with her. Second, she's the most clingy, paranoid, clumsy idiot that has ever been written into existence. Any self-respecting girl wouldn't ever become so obsessed, so fast, with anybody.
And lastly, it's like Harry Potter. Childish, predictable, and overall mediocre.
But worst of all.
The worst casting I've seen in a movie in ages. The chick is a stupid loser (so I guess that fits with Bella, after all) and the guy is just hideous. Not cute at ALL.
I'm so disappointed.

^ i really have to dissagree. the casting i like all except for rosalie's character. robert and bella really seem to have gotten the part of the characters well and i think they will do a great job. robert is simply gorgeous, thought so i harry potter and just more so now as my friends agree- him playing edward with all the charm is just super sexy.
as for falling into love so fast etc etc. i think or i hope it can happen, if the right "person" comes along that things will just work- call me hopelessly naive but i like it that way.
i said it before and i will say it again i like bella's character the whole insecure thing is me the clumsy thing while i don't break bones i can't make it through a day without tripping, bruising myself and dropping things

I cannot go ONE DAY without tripping over my own two feet or dropping something. They make so much fun of me at work because I like, bumper car off of people. LOL. And as for everyone liking Bella, I think the whole point is that she doesn't realize she's as pretty as she is, and guys are going to like a pretty girl. Take my little sister, for instance...she's drop dead gorgeous and has no self-esteem whatsoever. That kind of thing can happen, unfortunately.

^that is the way i see it as well and it has been stated through the book/s that see doesn't see herself properly, but i like that she isn't drop deap gorgeous, instead she is pretty and that makes it more likeable more relatable. it will be explained in midnight sun anyway- well edward's view of her anyway.

10 more days til breaking dawn- yes i am unfortunately out of the US and therefore have to wait longer

I've read Twilight and New Moon, but because of my interesting "illness", I must have all the books in paperback, so I must wait for Eclipse to get on paperback and so on.
