Hey, no problem brotha, just doing my part. I'm a broke motherfucker myself. My mom even gave me her giftcards from christmas.

The repricing starts today; yes, I said repricing. CC is doing this to get rid of the games, they are going to remain this price forever, from what I understand. And them trying to get rid of the games probably means that they won't get anymore in stock. They are mainly doing this because the games that they have don't sell. I mean with places like Electronics Boutique, Gamestop, Best Buy, and Media Play around, how could Circuit City last. That would be the last place I would go to look for a game.

The real credit for knowing about this should go to the user by the name of Pepsi1975 on the boards of www.vgtalk.com

He works at a CC and found out about it ahead of time and told everyone about it there. VGtalk is a great website that has great videogame deals. That is where I found out about both the CC repricing and La Pucelle Tactics for 20 bucks at Target.

Well, gotta run, CC opens in an hour and I may just kill someone if I have to just to get REZ.

Ooh yep it's there now :P Wish they'd show a sample of which games are clearance though. The closest Circuit City is still quite a ways for me here. Dunno if I wanna go all the way there just to find out it's a bunch of games I'd never play :P

Well, now instead of just being a broke mothafucka, now it seems that I am a gameless mothafucka too. Boy this sucks. Don't go there, it sucks dong all day long. It is a scientific fact.

All that was there was Giant Citizen Kabuto and Summoner. I wasn't in the mood for either one. They said that they sold all the rest of the games last week. Fuckers!!!!!!!!

I ended up with EA 989 Hockey and Fantavision for PS2, Tony Hawk 3 for Gamecube, and Blaster Master for PS1 (which can be run on PS2). All four are ones I sort-of wanted. I couldn't have passed up $4.99 price... about cheap as renting them from Bloodsucker Video.

Is Blaster Master for PS1 anything like the old NES Blaster Master game? Nice snag on Fantavision. I hear its a really good game, I played a demo of it and liked it ok.

Me and a friend went there around 5 pm. Haha.

Figures that by then everyone else already got most of the good games we went to two Circuit City's to avoid boredom plus I didn't want to go to Hooters so it distracted his mind off that...for awhile. But anyways, yea..all of the games was garbage.

I wish they'd restock, but yeah. Figures - the one time this shit happens, I work a Sunday morning

Re: Blaster Master... Yes and no. Yes (same story as NES), no (it's a 3-D world). It's fun so far.

Haven't tried fantavision yet.

I'm gonna just relay some game prices from www.vgtalk.com onto here, there are some really good prices on some games. I'm just gonna post the home pages of these websites for a point in the right direction if there is anything of interest.

Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits -- 9.99 -- www.ebgames.com
Dead to Rights -- 6.99 -- www.ebgames.com
Preorder for GTA: San Andreas -- 38.95 -- www.ecost.com
PS2 network adapter -- 19.99 -- www.amazon.com
Preowned Game Cube with Animal Crossing, Pikmen, and Spiderman -- 79.99 -- www.gamestop.com
Viewtiful Joe -- 19.99 -- www.ebgames.com
Prince of Persia (xbox) -- 19.99 -- www.bestbuy.com
Medal of Honor: Rising Sun -- 9.99 -- www.ebgames.com
XIII (ps2) -- 9.99 -- www.ebgames.com
Preorder Halo 2 Limited Collectors Edition -- 37.99 + 3.95 (shipping) -- www.ecost.com
I-Ninja (ps2) -- 7.99 -- www.ebgames.com

Also I am supposed to be getting a RetroCON controller tomorrow. It is a controller for PS2 that is made to look like an 8-bit nintendo controller. Here is a link to a review with pictures http://gear.ign.com/articles/433/433778p1.html

I'll post my own review of it after I have had a chance to use it. I got it from www.circuitcity.com during a "5 Hour Sale" thing that they are doing all week (for 5 hours each day they have a sale on different items; it changes each day)
