I can't believe what this world has fucking come to! How absolutely ignorant can someone be? I mean, if only to count the numerous movies I have bought at W-Mart that contain the word "fuck". I have to say also, that "fuck" is one of my favorite words.

a) it didnt get the parental advisory sticker

b) wal mart chose to sell it as-is

the f bomb was dropped what 2 times in one song on the ENTIRE CD.. and the DVD content was indeed edited.. unless im mistaken, it takes more than 2 little f words to get the adisory sticker.. I've never seen an edited version of Nickleback's Silver side up in wally world, and never again drops a few 'bad words'..

besides.. unless mommy and daddy watch and monitor every little thing thier kids watch,read, and hear... they've heard a lot worse in one episode of the Sopranos, its not like Ames went on an obsinety(sp) laced tirade onstage and they left it on both discs

they're sueing over that?! That's a load of crap... I've NEVER seen a sticker on a cd that has a "inappropriate" words in one or two places. Just goes to show you, people will sue over anything.

What ticks me off the MOST, is that the way these articles are being worded, it passes off "Thoughtless" as an Evanescence song. It's a Korn song that Ev COVERED, and no one seems to want to remember that.

Ev's gonna come out okay....this is more or less a conflict over censorship in WAL-MART, not the fact that Amy said the f word two times in a song. Ev's more of a catalyst in this matter than anything.

So yeah, free publicity, and the plaintiffs of this case are going to wind up with egg on their face. The worst thing that can happen in this is that ABH gets taken off Wal-Mart shelves. "Fallen" was removed from Christian stores and Ev still sold 13 million copies. So really it's not a big deal.
