"Wasted" by Marya Hornbacher

I love this book. It chronicles her battle with the eating disorders anorexia and bulimia, from her childhood to her early twenties. It's a very raw and real book. She doesn't sugarcoat anything, that's what I really like about it.

But anyway, has anyone else read the book? If so, what did you think of it?

Oh my goodness! I'm reading it right now... I've had it for like two weeks now but I'm in summer school here at college so I don't have much time to read it... but I'm at the end of it and it is reaalllyyy good. I can totally relate to SOO much she says and it's comforting to know I'm not the only one who thinks and acts the way I do. And she is very real about it. She doesn't soften it down or anything. She just puts it out there. Tells the truth and I like it. Very good book!! Although, warning to people who have an eating disorder, it can be very triggering so read with caution!!

She's a writer... but I'm not sure what all she has written. I mean, I don't think she's really popular with a bunch of books or whatever but idk.

She's written two other books, "The Center Of Winter" and "Madness: A Bipolar Life." I love her writing style, because she doesn't candy-coat anything.
